“Went in on a Friday night with my family and parents. I started with they're French Onion soup which was delicious, nice side small salad and has quesadillas. The quesadillas we're much larger than I anticipated and had nice big chunks of chicken. My husband has the grouper fish fry which I tried and was also extremely tasty! I feel like there's very few restaurants in the area (at least that I know of) that have Grouper on the menu regularly. My parents both had delicious meals, my toddler's chicken fingers were good. I put my name on the list and I wasn't given a wait time but said I was 22nd in line. An hour later, we were sat down and our order was placed immediately. The waitress was super attentive and any time we needed something she was right there. The food is INCREDIBLE ? ? ?Cajun honey butter BBQ wings are beyond the best wings I have ever had. Once again, I ran into 3-4 of the wings extremely overcooked but the other ones were 100% spot-on, flavor was killer and the chicken was on point. Only if I could get a full order of decently cooked wings then my review would be higher. Also docking a bit of a point because I was told their top shelf whiskey was Seagrams 7... I mean, I get its a local bar but really?Positives were that the bartenders were all super friendly and were flying around the bar. There was a large wait for bigger groups to get tables but that is expected on a Friday night in a smaller location like this. Parking lot was a zoo with people trying to find spots. Ample televisions on to watch the game and overall seems like a fun local spot.All in all, Id recommend stopping in if you are in the area. “Ordered a large pizza from there today. I have previously ordered chicken finger subs (which were delicious) and today brought home a pizza for lunch. “The gluten-free pizza was very good. The crust was the thinner type so I'm not sure they make it but it was actually very tasty. It wasn't a thick fluffy pan pizza Detroit style crust but it did taste very good. My partner got regular pizza and he loved it. I like their sauce it wasn't too sweet but it still had some sweetness. The wings or meaty. We got extra sauce and it definitely was very saucy what you really like. Definitely will be going back! The only sad thing I am one of those weirdos who likes ham pineapple and mild pepper rings on my pizza. They don't have pineapple and mild pepper rings.“
“Definitely top 3 wing spots I've ever tried in Buffalo. The sauce is super unique and it is all made in house, as well as the blue cheese dip. Our server was super enthusiastic & very attentive to our table which made the experience even better. We did have to wait about 40 mins but we didn't mind as we got drinks next door. “Located in a strip plaza off Millersport Highway, Elmo's has been a reliable spot for lunch or dinner for at least 40 years that I can remember. They are as good today as they were in the 1980's, they remained open during Covid, and the quality has remained solid. Whereas chicken wings at most other establishments have been getting smaller in recent years, Elmo's continues to serve large, plump wings cooked exactly as you like them. In my case, I like them extra crispy with medium sauce. Their chili as they prepare and serve it is mild, but they will bring hot sauce to your table so you can make it as aggressive as you'd like. Their burgers are a decent size, they cook it exactly as you order it, and they are generous with the lettuce tomatoes and onions. For a dollar upgrade you can get onion rings instead of fries on the side and the onion rings are quite good. They don't have a huge selection of beers, but the beer they do carry is served, icy cold, in appropriate glasses, and their inventory turns over quickly, so you know you're getting fresh product. The bartenders mix a decent drink, not overflowing with ice. The restrooms are more than adequate. They have a dartboard for the patrons to use and very attentive waitresses and bus staff. They charge slightly less if you pay in cash. I have never been disappointed at Elmo's.“

“What an experience. I made reservations on Thursday at 11 am for a Friday night at 6pm. We arrived at 5:55pm. We were greeted by a woman named Nancy. The reservations were at 6 for Jamison but all they had was Jamie & Vanessa so she figured someone wrote it wrong and sat us. She was fantastic. We were sat by a party of about 15 adults and their 7 kids were sitting at a table behind them. The kids were insanely loud, spilling pop, not staying seated and the parents had no care in the world. You could tell staff was doing their best but also getting a tad aggravated just like those sitting around the oblivious parent table. We knew service would be slow because the restaurant was packed but, our waitress was very attentive and always coming to check on us. Nancy the hostess kept popping over as well offering to move us but we declined. One of the waitresses went over and told the kids they need to stay seated. Have ordered pizza and wings for takeout 6+'times in last two months and have additionally eaten in once. The pizza and wings don't come cheap but nothing of quality does these days. Pizza is very good and wings are huge (crispy on the outside and moist on the inside as they should be). You really get what you pay for. The meatball sub can easily feed two people and is very heavy on the garlic as is the HUGE pasta broccoli entree. Pickup has always been a timely and thorough process (they have you visually confirm accuracy of your order). The dining area off to the left is much nicer than the one at the front; it is separated from foot traffic for pick-up orders. Both areas are clean. Service is accommodating and very friendly. Sarah (I understand she is related to the owner) is amazingly friendly, professional, empowered, and thorough. Pizza freezes and rewarms nicely.“
