DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION ONLINE. I ordered an occasion ice cream cake online & paid for it, but couldn't pick it up for a few days. when i went to pick it up, there was no cake, no refund & no offer of replacement goods. credit card company wouldn't cancel because of late pick up. Feel they stole my money.JIm O'C
Placed and order for a birthday cake 1 week in advance- went to pick up the cake as per date / time on receipt and the workers had no idea! They said their boss didn’t bring the cake!! No cake was there! Very unprofessional- where is the cake I paid for???!! ZEROoooo stars!!

The staff could be a bit more cordial to the customers that's for certain. The last time I was over there and ordered food there was hair in it! I honestly I am not so sure I'd be back over there considering their dispositions and the fact that sanitation procedures are not as high of a priority as it should be......
