I'm so sad that I didn't get the name of the man who helped me, but I asked them if they had coconut he said coconut shavings ONLY, no ice cream. HOWEVER, this young man went above and beyond and gave me coconut shavings, vanilla ice cream, coconut shavings, and then the cookie dough pieces I had asked for as well. He even said it himself "sorry I went a little overboard" there's no such thing! He was relatively tall about 5"10 to 6'0 maybe and he had curly hair. He was very nice...read full review

My partner Lynn and I had gone to 4 different bakery's prior to going to Carvel. We went to Dortoni's /Sweet Surrender's and Stop & Shop as well as King Kullen. None of them can compare to the service we received at Carvel. The moment we arrived a young man by the name of Brian greeted us. He was incredibly friendly and patient with all the questions we had. I highly recommend this place. My husband and I went to get icecream. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and one of them was so kind that gave me two cups for my melting cones. I didn't got his name, but I thanks his kindness for the customers.
