“Hilltop catered our wedding this past Saturday for over 200 people and it was absolutely incredible!!! We knew from our tasting that Hilltop was our winner! Everything was amazing; the display, the service, the ease and speed of the buffet and most importantly the food!!! We had people coming up to us all night raving about how this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding and people called and sent texts the next day still raving! Crystal is amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a perfect celebration! We cannot thank Hilltop enough for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!”

“We always enjoy our trips to Shamus. We enjoy everything about the experience. Very pleasant people and excellent background music. My fish and chips was very good and they had no problem with a substitution. My wife ordered twin filets. We've found many restaurants are using tenderizer on their meat. No so here. The filets were outstanding. While there, we ordered the beef with Stout gravy to take out. It's been excellent at the restaurant, but the takeout was just marginal. The gravy was milky and the flavor rather bland. Hopefully they haven't changed the recipe from the rich brown stout gravy. That's the only reason the food didn't get five stars. WE aren't really dessert people, but in the past we've had no complaints on that front. Shamus is our home away from home for a great meal with really nice atmosphere.”

They made my kids feel so comfortable and the quality of customer care is just incomparable. Now for the main topic, THE FOOOOOOD! So good. I can’t even… chefs kiss. Now I don’t have to go all the way to Buffalo for that quality pastelillo or pernil. My family and I will absolutely, without a doubt, be dining here again. “Stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday when burgers are discounted. I got a Breakfast at Tiffany’s burger which hit the spot. Not the best burger in the world, but still a good burger. Fries were good and the beer was even better. Great service and nice atmosphere.”

“If you are looking for sweet wine options, you must visit Honeymoon Trail Winery! They offer a multitude of options, many of which are award winning. This Niagara Wine Trail stop is quaint and cozy. It could benefit from a little refreshing and updating. They have a cute retail store with gift options located upfront along with a tasting room in the back. They offer a pretzel and cheese spread tasting. This was a bit disappointing. The cheese spreads are really tasty, but the delivery is very awkward. Someone comes by and brings you individual tiny stale pretzel sticks dipped in a little cheese spread. They are brought out one by one, wearing big rubber gloves. The gloves are appreciated for sanitation, but their presentation in this way really cheapened the experience. It would be much nicer to have a tiny bowl of pretzels along with the spread at the table, allowing us to handle them ourselves. It would no doubt increase their cheese spread sales! They also offer wine slushies, which were very enjoyable. A few improvements could really transform the experience.”

“The best ice cream place around! We drive 25-30 mins from the City of Tonawanda just to go there! The peanut butter and jelly parfait is my favorite menu item. It’s sweet, salty, and tangy! It is made with real strawberries. Highly recommended! My wife likes the peanut butter cup hurricane. Our son loves the Perry hard ice cream: particularly grasshopper pie. The last time we were there we asked for a cone on the side and they put waffle pieces in his cup of ice cream. They was really awesome of the guys working there <3 1000 percent recommend this ice cream shop!”

Diane is so efficient and friendly. Just today, we discovered that she is our barber's mother-in-law! Sanitary Barbershop is another Lockport favorite, family- owned business, likewise, friendly and efficient. Cousin's Cafe's decor takes you back through the years. It's a walk down memory lane providing our children a taste of what life was like when my husband and I were growing up. Furthermore, I choose to buy gift certificates for others, so that I can pass the experience on to them. God bless!! Thanks for the memories!”

“I have been enjoying this par 3 golf course for years. The course is well maintained and a fun place to play. The owners and staff are exceptional! The food is always delicious and I am particularly fond of their Garlic Parmesan baked fish. There is a full bar and friendly bartenders where you can relax after golf on their beautiful patio. I highly recommend Gothic Hill Golf course.”

The idea of incorporating greenery, like the pothos plant, with a wide selection of juices and smoothies is a fantastic idea! The owner did a wonderful job with the decorations and let’s not forget the amazing talent she has for creating delicious juices!! She truly is talented. I tried the Tropical Green juice which is made with celery, pineapple, mint and lemon. After my first sip, I couldn’t stop drinking it. Who knew healthy drinks could taste so wonderful?! I can’t wait to try more flavors! (Added a photo of the bottle the juice came in, but didn’t get a photo of the wonderful green juice that it contained because it was gone in the blink of an eye!)”

“Been going to Sunny's for many years and will continue to do so. One of the best places to eat that Lockport has. Plus, if there's an issue with an order they always make it right. Today I had ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza. Got it home and it was super, SUPER thin. Like paper thin. I don't know if thin and crispy crust is an option, but if it is I'm guessing my order just got mixed up with someone else's. Anyway, I called Sunny's up, explained the situation and within 20 minutes a fresh and properly made replacement was waiting for me. That's great service!”
