On my usual quest to find a quiet place to work before meeting a friend for a drink and this time we just so happen to be in Long Beach. So there I am, driving down W Beech and I see a big bright pink wall that has "Baked" painted on it. Every item in the showcase is very special. The baker obviously loves her craft. The jelly donut required two hands while consuming. The jelly was different and delicious. If you are dining at a nearby restaurant skip dessert there and stop at Baked by the ocean. You'll have a difficult time making a decision and will definitely take some items home for the next day.
