Gluten-Free Restaurants near Long Beach, NY

“On my usual quest to find a quiet place to work before meeting a friend for a drink and this time we just so happen to be in Long Beach. So there I am, driving down W Beech and I see a big bright pink wall that has "Baked" painted on it. Obviously, your girl had to get her baked goods on and inquire about a place where she can work on her laptop for a bit.I walked into the most ADORABLE and delicious baked goods shop. Beachy vibes with a PLETHORA of options. Merch was so cool and included a "Baked" beach towel. It looks like the specialize in their rainbow cookies, but I don't really like rainbow cookies so you might have to try those for yourself. I grabbed two cake pops, chocolate and carrot cake. Both really satisfied my sweet tooth. The kicker, THEY SERVE ALCOHOL! Beer, hard seltzers and other lighter beverages, but I mean sweets and booze...how can you go wrong. I refrained from grabbing a alcoholic beverage this time around, but you better believe I will do that next time. Finally, the staffer behind the counter was super sweet and patient with my disbelief in how cute this place was and the variety of options they have. And making a decision about food is always so hard. Not only was she very nice and did her best to advise in my decision.“

“Went to this bar last night and had a great time. They had live music by a young lady Niko. She was very good, not to loud and she could sing any song well ! Our waitress was Sinead who was awesome ! Food was delicious and drinks were made to perfection !! Nice place to enjoy time off the crowded beach and relaxed bar scene !!!“

“A MUST TRY! I’ve been coming here for the past couple months and I can’t get enough! Safe to say, the BEST BBQ I’ve ever had! My favorite is a full rack and ask to get of them deep fried. Super friendly staff give this place a shot you won’t be disappointed.“

“We had the best experience ever with this bakery - the cake was included in our venue pricing through this bakery, and I can definitely see why! Working with Alison to schedule and have our tasting, which was just down right fun...(because of COVID we had to take our samples home... and she loaded us up with some extras to share with friends) to showing her our vision for the cake on the day of, and then actually SEEING and EATING it at our wedding was perfect all the way through. They really incorporated everything we asked for, and it was simply delicious!!! We even asked for an extra birthday cupcake for our nephew to have on the day of the wedding, and they made it sooo cute! (wish I could figure out how to add a picture here... It was SO pretty!!!)“

“My main local hangout since I was 15! If you're a vegan, gluten-free or whatever, this place has got you covered! They have a great food selection and an amazing coffee/tea selection too! Try the awesome deserts as well! Atmosphere is that of gothic/punk east village right here closer to home! Tell them "Gordo" sent you!“

“My twin daughters' had their Sweet 16 dinner with 20 friends. The food, the atmosphere, the service, the accomodarions....OUTSTANDING!Vegetarian options: The have plenty of vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: The staff was so welcoming to 20 teenagers for 3 hours! The owner and staff were so very considerate to them all!“

“Without a doubt the closest cooking to remind me of home. Catfish and Shrimp pivots was amazing. Crawfish Etoufee, chicken and sausage gumbo and chicken sausage and shrimp jambalaya was spot on. I will be back to shoot a video of the location and food for my Vlog without a doubt. Was a good feeling to here the chef ask if “The Boot was in the house” being from LA it made me feel like it was home.“

“Had an amazing time there as the owner is so personable and aims to have a “small cafe in Connecticut kind of feel” which I definitely got. She really works to personalize your orders and is willing to try new recipes. I got the chocolate chip and strawberry cheesecake, apple cinnamon muffins, chocolate cupcakes, chocolate mousse, chocolate chip cookies , double chocolate cookies, and bloodies which all tasted incredible! I highly recommend anyone with a special diet whether it be gluten (which she has a separate area of the kitchen for), vegan, kosher, etc. this is your place!“

“The cookies here are to die for! Surprisingly they also sell donut holes. And for the price, variety, and taste they are an absolute must! I got one of each flavor, and each one was better then the next. Like..Tim hortons and dunkin who? Hahaha. For only $15 we got a mini carrot cake, a dozen donut holes, and a large sprinkle cookie. What a deal! The shop is so quaint and they have so much to choose from. You can even get dog treats, edible cake decorations prepacked loaf cakes and cookies.Even though they take credit cards, they have an ATM inside for convenience. So if you're trying to hop on the RVC train and need cash, you can quickly open in.Parking is metered street parking. There is more parking on the one way street around the corner, if you can't find one in the front.“

“Small place, but the cashier was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations. Enough options for someone to find something without it feeling like there's too many choices. Great for people with and without dietary restrictions (halal and vegan friendly)!“

“To start, they seat you with a tray of tortilla chips and 2 types of dipping sauces which were both flavorful and delicious. First we ordered the loaded plantain, then for tacos we got the cauliflower, chicharron and shrimp and we got the chicken burrito bowl and chicharron burrito bowl, all delicious. If this place wasn't so far from our home it would be a regular. Great place, definitely try.“

“It is the most complete gluten-free menu of Italian favorites. Sauce is great. Everything we've ordered has been very good. Never get bored because there are so many choices. If they could work on the bread, they would have everyone fouled. The servers can be a little laxed at times on bringing parmesian cheese.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free“

“Ordered the oatmeal raisin cookies as a Christmas gift for my husband. And they are delicious that homemade taste like mom used to make! Shipped when expected order was just delayed a couple days because of massive USPS delays before the Christmas holiday. They even threw in some nice chocolates that was a nice perk and not expected. Def recommend ordering from them!“

“Allison baked and decorated the most beautiful birthday Cake for my daughters underwater / mermaid themed birthday party. This was a pull apart cupcake with yummy delicious flavors and just as tasty as it was beautiful. In my heart I didn't want anyone to eat it - it was so beautiful lol. The cupcakes had various flavors- they give you many options. Check them out. This will forever be my go to place for delicious cakes and desserts.“

“Best pizza in all of Massapequa! Fabulous delivery service whether your order is large or small. Food always arrives piping hot, delicious and packed perfectly. We don’t eat pizza as much as we’d like to lol , but when we do, it’s Calda!“

“Texas roadhouse is always my go to restaurant when I am on the road traveling. Their steaks are always perfectly cooked and I have never had to wait even during rush-hour because there’s usually a stool at the bar I can get in quickly in order and have my meal in front of me typically less than 15 minutes.“

“We had a small group of people over on Sunday for an impromptu birthday party and decided to give this family owned restaurant a shot. What a GREAT choice! Each entree was fresh, filling and flavorful. The pizza slices were tasty and the garlic knots were perfect. On top of this, everyone, there is just so nice and giving. “Second time ordering here and this time ordered Chicken Bruschetta -perfectly crispy chicken cutlet on top of a light salad with balsamic vinegar, topped with bruschetta (they were not cheap with it). Delicious!! Along with it I also had capellini with meat sauce (you know it's good sauce when you find a bay leaf in there). Overall, I had a great delivery from UberEats and amazing food (in both quality and quantity). I'll be back soon!!“

“In the area, wanted a quick lunch take out of soup and sandwich. Looked to be a nice, family run walk in, walk out place with a good rep. Took out both creamy chicken and chicken barley (both very good) and chicken pesto wrap also good. Service quick and friendly. Would have liked more soup choices considering the name. All in all hit the spot!“
