Came to Black Star to catch up with friends and had a nice time. The service was a bit slow but I think it's because they were pretty busy! I saw they had a vegan croissant available but I didn't get to try it. I wish they had more vegan option too. I did get a matcha latte and thought it was pretty good.
The new 3.75% credit card transaction fee is a downer. Use cash to save money.Ordered a regular 12oz chai latte. Was more sweet than spicy. Very frothy which may better suit the taste of others.
