“Had a great group happy hour here. The happy hour deals were a great price, and the ribs on the sampler platter were so good. Shout-out to Andrea for such great service and attention she really helped make an average week night happy hour a real party!“
“Unbelievable taco truck. Got 2 Al Pastor tacos and they could not have been more amazing! The flavor, freshness, and entire meal was excellent. Highly recommend this place for tacos. Would have taken a photo, but those tacos lasted about 10 minutes because I ate them so fast!“
“I come here during my lunch hour. Though it’s a busy store but they always serve the customer so nicely. The foods is very fresh. Tried the Chicken salsa verde is really good.Kid-friendliness: The workers here always behaves nicely and friendly. Good customer service“
“First, the great: order the chilaquiles for brunch. It’s a great non-traditional “elevated” take that retains all the beloved parts of the dish: the soggy-crunchy texture, the fried egg. The twists made sense, from the creamy non-spicy salsa to the hearty beans and mole crunch. It appeals to Americans’ preference for creamy foods. Also, if you can handle a bit of heat, order anything with salsa macha, a slightly spicy smoky-nutty chili oil.The bad: temperature and texture. It felt like most of the food sat at the counter for a long time before they got delivered to our table, or they didn’t even bother to cook the food. The tuna tostada and spring pea tlayuda sat on a soggy, leathery base. The chilaquiles did not touch the stove, just a bunch of chips tossed in sauce. The tacos arrived pretty close to room temp. Flavors were pleasant, but I expected something more intense or interesting from a Michelin place.Overall, the food’s pretty darn good for the price despite the flaws.“
“Ok but not my favorite upscale Mexican in Brooklyn. I really like the tuna tostada (came with tuna, grapefruit, avocado). Got a vegetarian main that was ok, nothing special. Mezcal menu looked good so I’d come back for a drink. Was able to get walk-in seats at the bar by coming right at 5:30 when they open.“
“Really good carne asada tacos (5/5), brisket tacos (4.5/5)! The carne asada in the tacos was incredible - moist, flavorful, and very umami packed without being chewy. Really good. The brisket was great they have you a LOT for the filling. The mile enchiladas were okay (4/5) - the mole sauce was good but the chicken inside was very chewy.“
“Jonnie was our server and amazing! I got 2 tacos and an empanada. The flavors are all outstanding and the seafood is very fresh. They also have homemade salsas which are unique and pack a punch. Definitely a place to come to whether or not you’re “
“I stopped by for drinks around 7pm on a Saturday with some friends. Thankfully there was a table available and we were seated right away. Bosco's has an extensive drink menu, and happy hour if you go during certain times on weekdays. The drinks were average NY prices, and were very good. I got the Sam Said So, while my friend got a Negroni. Both were very good! The service was great, and the decor was fun.“
“My all time favorite taco place in the city. Los Tacos No.1 was my favorite until I tried this place. Honestly you can't go wrong with any of their tacos but their pastor is my favorite. Whenever I am in BK, I will always make a stop here. Also try Tako Sando and Mallard Drake (al pastor hamburger) which is right down the “
“I got the Gutierrez Torta and it is one of the best tortas I have ever tried! The horchata was quite satisfying too and the staff were friendly. We did have a couple of miscommunications with the order and the meats on the tacos were a little dry. But, the empanadas and tostadas were both delicious!I'd certainly recommend stopping by even if just for that one torta“
