“I just had my daughter’s baptism at Fabio’s. From the food to the service everything was amazing! My guests were raving about the food. We did family style and it was more than enough food. We even had leftovers to take home! Fabio went above and beyond helping us set up the decorations the night before my party. We never felt rushed (we were there til 1am). He wants his guests to have a great experience and we did! Thanks to Fabio, Rose, Marty and the entire staff for a great party!”

“Kenko is a great place to grab some good Vietnamese pho and bahn mi . Staff is very friendly and they are super quick with orders. I recommend the grilled pork bahn mi spicy. And the Pho of course . Prices are reasonable if you’re in the Merrick area be sure to check them out. They’re located right on the corner of the Merrick train station .”

“It was my first time coming into playa bowls Merrick and I was helped by Alicia and Quin they had amazing customer service. I was confused by the huge selection of açaí bowls and had many questions and they were happy to answer them with no hesitation.I eventually chose my açaí bowl and it was very flavorful filled with fresh fruit and delicious. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Playa Bowls Merrick.”

“Just have to give a quick shoutout to Hard Bean on Merrick Ave. Victor and his wife Elise opened 10 days ago just north of the train station. My fiancé and I were talking to the owners and learned that opening a coffee shop was Victor’s dream. After working at his previous career for almost 30 years, he retired and opened this place. It’s charming inside and the coffee is delicious and less expensive than *$s. They are literally a mom and pop shop and after spending some time there I wanted to post to support and recommend Hard Bean to all the locals.”

“Guys, I have to share my experience at Let's Roll because it was wonderful. I don't really like ice cream (i know, that's crazy right?), but my husband and my kids always go to this place so I decided to try it. It's a super friendly place that's owned by a wonderful couple (Craig & Giselle, I think? I don't really know if that's how she spells it), but I never wanted to try the ice cream. Except today. I tried the passion fruit flavor - and my God, there's nothing like it! You really have to taste it - it's so yummy. And besides, the place is super family-friendly, with super nice people, such positive energy. I will be back soon. 5 stars for Let's Roll in Merrick!”

“Whenever I'm in Merrick, which is usually two or three times a month, I always stop at Bagelman of Merrick. They have the best bacon and egg sandwiches and their tuna and chicken salads are always a welcome sight back home. Their bagels are always fresh and flavorful no matter what variety I get. I've come to know the owner, Boris, and his staff, and they are always most helpful. Looking forward to my next trip to Merrick.”

Other family members love the pasta and the meatballs (I never tried them) lastly, the Brussel sprouts are to die for.

Edit: I tried the meatball appetizer and the pasta with meatballs the other night. I'm not a meatball person in general and the only meatballs I will ever eat are my mom's, but now I have to add these to my list. They are delicious!! They are small and very tasty. The atmosphere, the food and the wine was tops but the service was the best. I think there was a handsome model named Christian was working that night. Not only was he handsome but delightful as well. My daughter and my wife insisted we return.”

“Greek Cove Merrick’s lunch special is incredible. Ate the warm pita in the car on the way home! Grilled chicken with a salad and rice. One huge chicken cutlet over a generous portion of delicious rice and a tasty Greek salad- with a grape leaf and feta! I am a very picky eater but this chix was seasoned beautifully, so that if garlic, onion or rosemary(my triple threat) was used, it all blended together perfectly so that even I could not pick out the offensive spice. Amazingly, the yogurt sauce is also tasty( I hate yogurt sauce;usually throw it away). Forgot to tell them not to give it to me, so as not to waste it, but I’m glad I forgot! All of this, and a lot of smiling happy employees, for $12.99 cash. Wowza.”

On the other hand, we have Jared, Jared is I don’t really know how to explain him but that’s all I’m gonna say. But if you were ever to come here, I would recommend you ask for Darien, darien is beautiful, pretty and kind. Liam is also an outstanding football and lacrosse player .
