The staff are friendly and wonderful, and everything I've ordered at this location has been perfect. There's often a line but for good reason, and it's only a short wait because they are able to process the orders very efficiently :)“

“There are different kinds of ice cream to get here. I got the hard ice cream to try and I really enjoyed the consistency and the taste. The mint chocolate chip tastes really good. It does not taste toothpastey at all which i enjoy a lot! It tastes very good. I also tried the coffee hard ice cream and it was very flavorful. It had a strong coffee flavor which I liked. I am excited to try new flavors here and new ice cream types. The workers are very kind as well which is memorable.“
“I just ordered from this place, I used to go to proportions all the time to get my salads, or meals before this place came around. I’m not too sure if they changed things around or if they updated the place but it’s exactly like proportions! The salads were absolutely delicious, and the size portions were massive! Can’t get any better than this place, it’s a little costly but it’s worth it for its size and quality! It’s super fresh, and I love how they give you a lot of options when it comes to toppings making it gluten free, and vegan friendly!I highly recommend!“

“I ordered a custom cake for my brothers 16th birthday and it was amazing ! The woman who helped me was so friendly , and honest. When I told her I wanted black icing, she advised that black is difficult because it needs a bunch of different food coloring and doesn't taste good, so we ended up going with red. She really took her time to make sure we were on the same page and had everything correct. I was worried the picture would look tacky or blurry because its printed but it looked like it was drawn right on the cake. Definitely recommend this service !“
“Ordered a small cake for my husbands birthday. Half vanilla, half pistachio with crunchies in the middle. It was delicious, looked so good and the price wasn’t terrible. So many times i get cakes at other places and it’s decorated poorly and the handwriting looks like it’s done from a toddler. We love carvel, rocky point!“
“I started going to this location 2 years ago, for a while I thought that the man helping me was rude and hated his job but once I got him to open up I realized he is hysterical and isn’t much for talking haha. He packs the cones with whatever ice cream and topping your taste buds desire( you can tell this is his favorite part), the service is quick and the facility is clean- what more can you ask for! “I've been to the Coram location and can say that their menus and desserts are consistently yummy. Can't go wrong with ice cream and cereal, really. Here's what we ordered: - Chocolate BAE: vanilla & chocolate ice cream twist, cocoa pebbles blended, chocolate sprinkles, brownie bites and cocoa, pebble dust on top and chocolate drizzle - Chunky monkey in shake form: vanilla ice cream, bananas, chocolate sprinkles, nutter butter blended on top, peanut butter drizzle The owner was in that day and even though we let him know we have been to the other location, he was still happy to help us. (Which was nice) When I went, it was only open less than a month, so the inside of the establishment looked a little bare with only a few tables and chairs. They do have an instagramable wall. “I was visiting Port Jeff for dinner and I saw this very cute chocolate shop. They did such an amazing job with their holiday decor! They have a wide selection of different types of chocolates. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the offerings. They have premade baskets of chocolates that would be ideal for gifts this time of the year!!“
“I stopped in for ice cream, and my card kept getting declined, despite there being plenty of money on it. I kept asking the girls to scan the card at the top of the POS machine, and they kept telling me they cannot scan the card until the card was entered into the machine three times. I have never encountered this before.I really think there is a mistake, because the scan option was implemented to protect consumers from having to enter or swipe their cards at a POS machine. I never scan my card at retail establishments anymore; I always scan my card at the top of the machine, and my payment is always accepted. I am never told I need to enter my card three times before scanning.It ends up some lovely woman paid for my ice cream anyway, which I am highly appreciative of.“

The flavors are plastered everywhere in long lists. New flavors are randomly placed on pieces of paper on the windows. It’s confusing and daunting to pick a flavor but it works for Ralph’s. The cream ices have a good amount of chunks in them, depending on the flavor. I like anything with peanut butter or chocolate chunks in it. Water ices are flavorful. The Ralphie smoothies are incredible too. Big fan of the triple chocolate Ralphie.PriceIt probably costs as much as ice cream but i it’s less expensive than gelato. “We’ve always liked this place, but we finally got doggy ice cream for Frida Panda which took our experience to the next level! We had a blast taking pictures and videos of her enjoying it. The staff were very friendly and explained how their doggy ice cream is made from safe products like cheese and peanut butter.??♥️Unfortunately, dogs can’t go inside the store, but they have a great selection of dog treats in addition to the ice cream cones.Parking: It’s easy to find parking during the off season.
