“I went in to Miller Place McDonald's this morning 5 minutes after breakfast had finished, most McDonald's would have told me that breakfast was over, luckily I was greeted by the manager that was so nice and still allowed us to order, after I placed the order and it was brought over to our table, I noticed that I forgot a chocolate milk for my daughter, as I went up to purchase one, the manager must have overheard our conversation and handed it to me and said don't worry about it, this is what I'm talking about, it's not to hard to achieve greatness and make someone's day so much better, I appreciate what you did for my little girl this morning. ?“

We've been here a few times, and every time is better than the next. The French board was insane. With cheeses and patè... jams. Pickles. Expertly put together. The burratta was amazing. Sweet glaze with savory notes. The main course, orcchietta pasta with sausage and pesto with red peppers. Amazing. The grilled octopus with summer corn and beans was perfect. “Ordered late on doordash after getting back from the city and the food was excellent. Me and my wife both got burgers with onion rings, sweet potato fries and regular fries. Everything was exceptional, especially considering they were closing soon. Food was exactly as ordered and was absolutely perfect. I’ve been to another Go Burger near mount Sinai and they were great aswell. This chain is definitely managed well and they put out terrific food. Will be ordering again very soon.“
“We stumbled across this place while waiting for our ferry during a New England road trip. Upon seeing prices that looked like they were from a bygone era (it's not just the lobster), we had quite a few items from their eclectic menu. Everything was made to order and our food was delivered much more quickly than the average fast-food joint by a server who treated us like old friends. “My fiancee and I have been going to Northern Coast since shortly after it opened, and it never disappoints. This place is the definition of a "hidden gem", being in the lobby at the Hilton Garden Inn on the Stony Brook campus (you don't need to be a student to go, but students get a discount IIRC). Although it's right adjacent to the lobby with little separation, it's much more than your standard hotel eatery with lots of great New American dishes and a warm, comfortable, unique atmosphere.I've tried several dinner items, and all have been great so far, with reasonable prices, sizeable portions, good variety of styles, all fresh-tasting and "made to order". But, if there's one thing I always go back to, it's the roasted chicken. The skin is so crispy and it has a buttery au-jus that's just divine. It comes with some sauteed string beans that are sweet and flavorful as well. I'd also like to mention the pork chops, brussels sprouts, and the peach melba dessert as well.The service never disappoints, and at least when we went, the vibe of the place is calm and quiet (even with being next to the hotel's front desk). I dig the melodic chill/deep house from the hotel lobby, and I also love the style of the place, it's got a clean, colorful look that feels very "90s tropical". Screens are around that rotate through pictures of the food items. We usually eat there pretty late (it's refreshing finding a place that will stay open till 10PM), so I could imagine this place gets a lot busier and noisier at other times (like around college orientation/graduation, or brunch).I love this place and think it's a great addition to the area. So I have it a 4. 1 burger (add guac) 1 dbl burger 1 large fries to share 2 lemonade 2 shakes $55 Restaurant had only 1 customer waiting and 1 couple sitting - our food was delivered to the table in just under 20 min. (Seemed long to be sitting on metal chairs at a metal table). No utensils or extra napkins anywhere in sight - had to be requested after waiting back in line. And this burger is too big for the bun, which was made gooey/soft/ piled high from condiments and toppings. Won't be back.“

“was craving this place after work, ordered the chili cheese dog, the BBQ boneless wings, lemon pepper wings, burger fries combo that i saw online, fully loaded fries and a dessert all of which was split between a few people. The lemon pepper wings were nasty but i wasn't having high hopes for that flavor. The deal i saw online i was a little disappointed they didn't take the 4$ value that was posted online and instead charged 6$ for it. The rest of the food was good, I don't go to Checkers that often so when i do I go with a few people and try different things. Service was fast and the food was pretty good.“
