Vincent’s Pizza Truck is undoubtedly up there with the best of them. The plain pie is perfectly dressed; the crust, thoughtfully caramelized with the right hint of char. It's some of the best pizza I have had on Long Island! (and I have had a lot, haha). “I came back for some Pizza, and they did not disappoint. Staff was attentive and the Pizza was crispy, with a really good sauce. I liked looking at the wall of artist covers from some of the best bands, it's a great collection! I ended up taking some food home for my son, chicken Parmesan over ziti pasta. Again, the sauce was really good and the chicken was topped with homemade mozzarella cheese for a great meal. I'm definitely going back, so I can try a few more dinners.“

The fettuccini Alfredo was excellent, the penne a la vodka was also excellent- pastas cooked perfectly and well-sauced with freshest ingredients. . Even the house salad was fresh and perfectly balanced with dressing, not too much, not too little.But that’s not the highlight of the night. The Manicotti dish was one of the best I’ve ever had. Delicate pasta shell cooked magnificently, in a homemade sweet marinara with fresh melted mozzarella on top…you ask yourself- with a beautiful presentation like this could it get any better? Well, the ricotta inside blended slightly with fresh herbs and cooked exactly to perfection, was the creamiest Ive ever known a manicotti dish to be. I work every day in NYC and can tell you this dish was better than most restaurants downtown. Clearly a 10/10 with a friendly staff and a clean environment, I had no idea this gem of a restaurant existed outside of the 5 boroughs. Reasonably priced, too, it’s apparent that the quality of the food here is of utmost priority and importance and I know that a dinner spent here is a memory made in bliss.“

“I stopped at Alberts Pizza about 2 weeks ago with my son before going to Shop Rite. I've lived on Long Island my whole life and I have to tell you that this was BY FAR the best Pizza I've had in years! My son had the BBQ chicken slice and another that I forgot the name of and he agreed that it was delicious. I had the chicken francaise slice and it was fantastic . The woman who helped us had long blonde hair, tatoos and a huge smile. She was beyond helpful, nice and funny! She explained that Alberts was under new ownership. I told her that the pizza was so good that it was "google review good" !! However with work and other things being crazy the last few weeks, I forgot to leave a review but here I am finally! Would have liked some fruit in the sangria, but it was still very good. “I've been coming here for several years, usually ordering whole pie's togo, occasionally hot hero's, and pasta dishes. Service is very prompt and generally whether ordering hot pie's or hot hero's via phone, a time estimate of 15-20 minutes is generally accurate. Food is always nicely heated to perfection to share some nice slices of pie, hero's, or pasta after picking up and waiting in car for 10 minutes. Whole pies: Go to is half chicken bacon ranch and half meat supreme. Pizza's have a great mixture of cause, cheese, and the breading/crust/thickness is usually just right. Have also enjoyed their chicken parm, chipotle bacon ranch, and buffalo chicken. Other: All hot hero's are great, their chicken franchese is delicious with an excellent sauce/taste. The chicken is so tender and it meshes well with the crispiness of the outside bread. The veal cutlet gives a similar vibe. Chicken pocket is pretty solid/standard“
