“Ardito's is staple of the community there in Mineola. Anyone who knows Rosa and Tony will agree with me that they are both amazing. The food is always on point and handed to you with a smile. The lunch hours can get pretty crowded and busy but is worth the wait. I recommend Arditos for everything from sandwiches to salads and pasta.. eggplant parm to die for and some of the best chicken cutlets I have ever had!“
“We had my mothers' 90th birthday last Saturday and we are very pleased with the entire experience. Robbie was a pleasure to work with, he answered all our questions and was helpful with the food choices and the entire setup. Ignacio and Rueben provided outstanding service the day of the party, and dealt with late comers and we even went over the time frame a little bit. Now to the food, wow wow wow! “The service was excellent. Very loud on Peak Busy times. Seating is very tight. They pack you in. If you are looking for a quiet, intimate setting, this is not the place on busy peak times. The food was okay. Steaks are great. Salad was okay. You are going there for the steaks. I had stuffed shrimp with crab meat. Real crab meat. It was a little on the dry side. The potatoes were good. The chocolate cake was decent, but the actual cake was very dry. Service was amazing, and you are not rushed.Parking: Valet parking“
“Absolutely fantastic! What a gem!We were in town for a very quick visit and stumbled across this amazing restaurant!We ordered the calamari as an appetizer and it was simply delicious. Tender, cooked perfectly, and very tasty.As a main dish, I ordered the special seafood pasta fra diavolo. It was amazing. My wife ordered the branzino special and that too was divine.We closed out with a tiramisu that was one of the best we ever had.Added bonus, Tuesday is 40% off wine, so we had a great bottle for a super deal!Lastly, Cristian, our server was top notch!We will highly recommend this incredible restaurant with great ambiance and over the top food!“
“Roman style pizza sounded interesting, so we stopped in and tried some. Very glad we did because it was amazing.We ended up with 4 slices. 2 Roman style, 2 traditional. The Roman style were sausage with broccoli rabe and spinach with artichoke. The traditional were a burrata and vodka pepperoni basil and pesto slice. I can't tell you which was the best because they were all amazing. It was nice to get some slices with fresh greens on them that actually tasted good.I wish I had taken a picture of all the pizza because the variety of slices they had was crazy. “This restaurant can lend itself to a very noisy environment. Yet today, with several tables taken, conversation was easy and able to be heard. We have been here several times for brunch and a couple of times for dinner. Delicious salad with greens, grape tomatoes and fresh red onions cut over a chicken milanese. Companions enjoyed their choices of crab cake benedict and a large cubano sandwich served with homemade shoestring fries. Shared their homemade flourless chocolate cakes served with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. Three happy people after an excellent brunch.“
