“I can’t say enough about the hospitality of the folks here! Ron, the fleet captain went the extra mile to get us a dock for our IP 370 sailboat, Vinny and his buddy helped us tie up and then even walked our boat from a bow in to a stern in, Mike the mechanic spent a lovely evening with us visiting, and so many others made us feel so welcome! Although the pool and restaurant/bar closed after Labor Day weekend, and there is no laundry facility, the marina has beautifully maintained quiet floating docks, a channel with 6-7 foot of depth high tide, and plenty of canopied areas to relax in. The restroom and showers are clean, spacious and well equipped. Grocery stores are a short ride away, and a number of members here offered rides. An added bonus: no nearby train tracks! After a few rough nights on the anchor, Cortlandt Yacht Club was the respite we needed before continuing our way south to the Bahamas. Thank you members! I highly recommend your facility.”

“I have waited months for Robin's Creamery to open, and I finally had the opportunity to stop by yesterday. The owners and staff were super friendly, and greeted us the moment we walked in. They say taro is the gateway boba flavor, so the best way to judge any bubble tea spot is based on their taro bubble tea. It was delicious, and we opted to make ours a float. We chose the ube soft serve, and it is hands down the best ube ice cream I have ever had. They did tell us it is made fresh daily. We also tried the thai tea and the taro macaroons, and those were fantastic. We can't wait to come back and try their other bubble tea flavors and Gelato! 10/10 will always recommend.”

“I came across this place looking for a little Caesars. I went and ordered my pizza and couldn’t resist going inside this Colombian restaurant. I could smell it from other side of parking lot. After I tasted just the bread I regretted ordering from little Caesar’s… the food was incredibly delicious. The staff were so warm and friendly!!! if in the area it’s a must have! I've noticed some less than positive reviews focused on difficulties getting a table during their busiest weekend times. This should indicate to all who are interested in going to The Tasty Table of how wonderful a restaurant it is. My suggestion is to take advantage of the 30 minute call aheads that are offered. “Having just relocated to the area, First Village Coffee is the community hub I have been seeking. Often walking into a coffee shop for the first time can feel daunting, but I received a genuinely warm welcome (and farewell) from multiple staff members, which immediately made we feel like staying for a while. I noticed how the owner engaged with regulars and newcomers with equal interest and regard, which was a pleasant change from places that choose not to focus on building relationships with their clientele. The cro-muffin was delicious, soft in the middle with a crunch from the crystallized sugar on the outside, and my rose-cardamom latte was hand-delivered with care.
