He does a fabulous job serving; patient, proper eye contact, listens well (very attentive), learns your name, he's respectful, polite AND makes sure your table always has room for more food! (If you order more). The gentleman behind the bar; I never got his name but he made FANTASTIC Passion Fruit Mango Margarito. I think it was passion fruit but it definitely had Mango. He does a fabulous job as well.Kid-friendliness: My daughter got the perfect sized ice cream bowl. Iron Vine also makes sure to provide high chairs for families which is greatly appreciated. I truly appreciate Iron Vines service towards families and not just couples (hope my wife doesn't see this).”

“I had originally tried the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich that a coworker brought me and was completely blown away by how good it was. I recently drove from Rockland to get this sandwich with my girlfriend and found out it was actually a seasonal menu item. I opted to try the Thai Fried chicken sandwich and the Green Goddess Chicken Salad BLT instead and both were equally as fantastic as the Buffalo. I would easily try other things on their menu because I know how good it will probably be considering everything I have tried. The Banana Pudding was phenomenal as well. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area or are looking for a reason to go explore and try something new. Please bring back the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever tried!”

“Absolutely loved this place! If I lived in the area I would go every day, it is the best coffee I've ever had. We got the hazelnut latte and a pistachio caramel latte. Both amazing and not too sweet, perfectly balanced. Also got the cardamom bun which paired nicely! The baristas were knowledgeable of their menu and very welcoming to our large group. I wish we could take this place home!”

“I went here for dinner tonight with a good friend of mine, we had a great time!The atmosphere is fun & welcoming, live music was good & not too loud , just right !We both had quesadillas, barria & chicken, they were good but I will say a little empty, for the price they should have been full!Our waiter , Carlos was so wonderful, he was attentive & such a great personality, Thank you !Desserts were delicious, Churros & Tres Leches cake !”

“I popped in to this cute coffee shop and ended up eating some of the most DELICIOUS empanadas I've had in years. There is a bit of indoor seating (and plenty of outdoor seating), so you can relax and enjoy a coffee, in a real cup. The staff were very friendly.”

Isaac who owns the place, relocated from Brooklyn, NY and will engage you about the area and fun things to do. “I picked up Blondery's S'mores Hot Chocolate and a cinnamon roll at the Beacon Farmers Market recently. OMG. The love that goes into their products is undeniable. Their cinnamon roll was everything good that makes up a cinnamon roll -- light, fresh, the perfect touch of cinnamon -- and THE ICING. I can't. Absolutely incredible. The only downfall was having to share with my daughter, whose eye about popped out of her head when she saw the deliciousness I was enjoying. Pairing that with their S'mores Hot Chocolate was the icing on the proverbial cake. There's magic in everything that Blondery creates. I love that they're a part of our community and am excited to try more of their creations. <3”

“WOWThis was a huge surprise. I was visiting a customer in Peekskill New York, and pulled over to grab a small bite to eat from a food truck. I pulled into the lot and noticed there was a big line. When I got on line there were a lot of regulars talking about what they were going to order. I asked one of them what they would recommend, and they said you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. They were so right.I got an order of taco's. You got to pick any three taco's you wanted. and the order came with hand cut fries, and this amazing lime aioli. I had a chorizo, fish, and chicken taco. They might have been the best I ever had. After I finished I had to tell the owner how great the food was. He happened to be the nicest guy, and was truly happy to hear that I thoroughly enjoyed his food. He makes all of his food fresh daily, and makes his own chorizo.I went home that night, and told my son about the truck. That weekend I stopped by again, this time with my son and his fiance. Octavio remembered me right away. We ordered a braised short rib grill cheese on Texas toast, a Cuban sandwich that he made with his own smoked pulled pork, and his home made empanada's. All three of us were amazed with his food.My son was getting married in three weeks, and we had rented an Airbnb for the weekend, and were throwing a rehearsal dinner for about 40 people the night before the wedding. We had already planned on having it catered, but my son mentioned why don't we do something different, and see if Octavio would bring his food truck to the Airbnb instead of using a caterer. It wound up being fantastic. We spoke with Octavio, and picked five items off the menu to serve that night. Everyone at the party raved about the food, and Octavio surprised us at the end by serving his home made caramel stuffed churro's with chocolate sauce.If you love great food, you must give him a visit...”

“Writing another review after coming for brunch. The chocolate chip cookies are perfection, if you are fortunate enough to get one before they close, do it...and then get another. I had the Muffuletta sandwich, my husband had the Niçoise sandwich. He seemed to throughly enjoy his, I did not try it, I'm not a huge Niçoise fan, but that's on me. The Muffuletta was delicious, though very spicy (I don't mind spice, so I was more than okay with this). If you aren't a fan of spice, maybe try something else. I'm sure it'll be delicious. Will definitely be coming back again for another easy Sunday afternoon.”

“We go to Firebox multiple times per week. We are "Foodies" and have high standards for what we put in our bodies.Firebox is consistently delicious. It is cooked fresh at ALL hours (they cook small batches throughout the day, so you're always just in time for a hot plate).Our bodies feel good after eating here. They cook real food with real ingredients, and you can tell based on how you feel after. “I just had brain surgery and I am on a very delicate combination of medications that affect my stomach. At the same time, getting some kind of highly nutritious food is really important for my recovery. My taste buds can’t handle anything too extreme but I still want to eat something delicious. Well let me tell you that I have been living off of Signal Fire Bread and it is doing wonders! When I can’t eat too much it sustains me and I also think it has really helped to rev back up my appetite. Truly whether or not you get brain surgery, I recommend Signal Fire for the tastiest, most nutritious and sustainably made local bread.”
