“Whenever I had craving for a sweet snack you can bet I simply stopped by Dunkin Donuts. The Main Street on New Rochelle had so many options for quick food but one place I always felt comfortable walking into was definitely this place. Per my observation it was a scene for people between the ages of 15 to 30. Not too many large families passed through here. They had a small sized parking lot right outside as well as one on the hill behind them.Because I happened to enter their establishment around the same time each time I happened to always meet several donuts warm on the rack and ready. One of their tastiest products is the Chicken Snack N' Go. I think DD should do more to promote this item and I would recommend that everyone try it since it's not very expensive.“
“its 8am sunday in new rochelle and only dd is open at the moment and thats good enough for me. bigger and spacious then most dd in nyc and better selection of donuts as well which means , one jelly one boston creme and a large cappuccino which is good enough for now . plenty of seating and its just me , the free wifi and 3 dd workers who are waiting for the sunday morning customers to show up .“
“I feel bad for the past reviews because I'm part some were saying things that had some truth to it, I'm saying this my experience has been the opposite, the staff here are more than welcoming and accommodating, maybe the new hires are different, they are very courteous and quick. The food is always in stock and the donuts never taste stale!! Please reconsider because I feel they switched staff“
“The only reason why I'm giving this location a 5 star is because of your employee Christian. His customer service was pleasant, professional, patient, and on point. Even for our difficult order that included changes, he gave us everything correctly. We mistaken him for a manager which y'all may want to consider. He pays attention and holds a good conversation. I do not take customer service for granted. I feel if someone is doing good then he/she should be rewarded. Thank you Christian because my family was an entourage :-)“
“This is a very cute shop, my hubby and I took a long drive here but it was well worth it. The minute I walked in, I was so happy seeing and smelling their delicious mochi donuts. They have a delicious selection on teas as well. If I lived closer, I'd go there every day. The service was great, the woman who helped us was so kind and friendly.“
“Our visit to Dragon Tea and Mochi Donuts in Mamaroneck, NY was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a charming ambiance. We kicked off our experience with the Matcha Strawberry Latte – a beautifully crafted drink that not only looked stunning but also delighted our taste buds with its perfect blend of flavors. The Milk Tea with boba was a dairy-free delight, and the Brown Sugar Latte with almond milk was an absolute standout – rich, creamy, and oh-so-satisfying!But let's talk about those mochi donuts – fresh, fluffy, and downright addictive! Each bite was a burst of flavor, and we couldn't get enough. It's wonderful to see that Dragon Tea and Mochi Donuts offers dairy-free options like almond milk and oat milk, catering to various dietary preferences.Special shoutout to Gael for his exceptional service and for recommending some fantastic teas – your attention to detail and hospitality truly made our visit memorable!Overall, Dragon Tea and Mochi Donuts exceeded our expectations, and we're already planning our next visit. If you're in Mamaroneck, this charming spot is a must-visit for tea lovers and mochi donut enthusiasts alike! There are also locations in the Bronx and NYC!“
“Dangerously delish donuts! My husband and I came by after work a couple of weeks ago to try a couple of donuts. Before even leaving the parking lot we went back in for more!We own a shop less than 10 mins away and trust me we will be back regularly. I can’t post photos because we ate them expeditiously ???My fave is the cinnamon sugar and the bare (plain). The staff is friendly and efficient which is lovely to see and experience.???“
“I don't remember how I found out about this place, but I was intrigued. Finally several months later, I went there on a Wednesday morning...and OH BOY! I ordered 6 donuts (a variety) from the menu (approximately $15) and they were worth every dollar and every calorie. First of all, they are prepared & topped fresh. No old, dry donuts here. (If you've ever gone to that other place at 10AM, you know what I'm talking about.) I got the donuts to go and the car ride home was driving me NUTS!! The aroma of the donuts made me want to rip the lid off the box and shove them into my mouth. Seriously...they smelled amazing. When I got home, I couldn't wait to see if what my nose smelled would live up to the hype. I ate the Coconut Island Bliss and it did not disappoint. Let's start with, the donut was warm (cake donut). The chocolate was all melt-y and delicious. I wanted to take a bite of each of the flavors right then and there, but I didn't. Later in the evening I did try another donut. Let me say this, they come in a box, but they did not dry out after several hours (unlike those other donuts we all know about). The flavors were really nice. I also really enjoyed Sunrise (lemon icing and raspberry). I AM DEFINITELY GOING BACK THERE.“
“The coffee, the donuts, the atmosphere, the staff! Exceptional. The parking situation is annoying and I wish I had gotten there earlier to get fresher donuts, but that’s just personal preference. I’ll be back for more. I tried the Oreo donut, the churro donut and a cappuccino. The Oreo donut was my favorite but they were all great.“
“The 85 North Ave New Rochelle Dunkin Donuts best in all of Westchester. The staff always greets me when I pick up my take out order. My coffee always tastes amazing, like it was freshly brewed. I can't say enough about this location. I'm a very satisfied customer. I LOVE DUNKIN DONUTS!!! ? ☕️“
