It's not food drenching in oil and covered in cheese, its simple healthy food.“
“Cute tiny cafe with delicious, gourmet health made completely from scratch. The owner/chef is very professional, quick yet thorough and careful. We ordered a smoothie, veggie empanada, Mediterranean salad, veggie bowl with egg and a falafel wrap. The 2 large fried eggs were cooked medium to perfection as requested. Every bite was powerful and delicious, our toes were dancing while we ate!“

“Such a great addition to downtown White Plains! Went there for salads today and they were amazing. Fresh ingredients, great combo and choices and dressing with so good (sweet and smoky chipotle). Selection of smoothies and bowls also look good. Interior is clean and bright with some seating. Prices are reasonable compared to similar places. Staff was friendly. Definitely our new go to salad place and so convenient!“
“What a pleasant surprise. Used to live in Yonkers and visited last night and was Google a new place to try. Came upon Mason sandwich and intended on going there. Ironically I didn’t pay attention when park and went into the Prince. Saw the menu, looked just as good and settled on the Chicken Shwarma bowl. What a great bowl! Gave my taste buds a treat and the portion was good for the price. Will definitely stop again on a future ride home.“

My kids love the Cauliflower pizza and my winter favorite is their chicken and rice soup. I am currently on their juice cleanse, the juices are tasty. I am already feeling more energized. I needed a winter reset after sickness hit our house. This is just what I needed! Everyone behind the counter has knowledge of what is available in the store and you can pick their brains about what ails you and what to take to treat or cure your ailments. One of my personal favorites is the Cashew Pep. It is what it's called and does what it is. Lol a nice cashew infused drink that gives you a much needed boost of energy. A burst of energy. A pep! Located in the Bronx, on White Pains Rd, off Gunhill Rd. Definitely a hidden gem. Just don't get too much Cashew Pep. Leave some for me!! See you there!!“

“I’ve been here three times for the same meal . I’ve had the Cajun salmon wrap the first two times my meal was spectacular. Most recently, the seasoning of the salmon changed not sure if they adjusted the recipe . However still good just not as flavorful. They have a healthy menu in the south Bronx which is appreciated considering these neighborhoods are normally food deserts.There are a variety of juice and smoothie options definitely stop in if you’re looking for a healthy option .“

“Really delicious vegan food, friendly service. Take out only. They also sell a variety of herbs and cold bottled drinks.The food is served from a steam table, they had a great variety of options and the food was incredible. Not too spicy, great textures, hot, and perfectly seasoned. The only downside for me is that the food is paid by the pound, so it's hard to estimate how much you're going to be spending. It ended up being a little pricier than I would have liked, but the food was so good that it was worth it.“

“I was originally supposed to eat heee as part of a Yelp Elite event but couldn't make it so I came here on my own to give it a try. The space is very big and open. It smelled great inside from the aromas of all the various ingredients that were cooking away. The staff was busy and friendly. I ordered the Dig owl and a side of the Brussels sprouts, my wife ordered a make your own bowl. The food was fresh and well cooked but the sprouts had way too much salt to the point it was overwhelming the flavor of the sprouts. Everything g else in my dish was better seasoned but even those items could have used slightly less salt too. I will definitely eat here again when I'm nearby. It was/is better than a lot of the "bowl shops" that I have been to, and I'm hoping that maybe they just slipped with the salt that day and I will give them another try.“
“First time buying a salad here after getting a salad from Chopt the day before. I must say Health Kitchen is better. One thing about health kitchen is that they have a lot more dressing options, and more importantly, their dressing is made in-house. The staff is super friendly, and are willing to give you samples to ensure you like what is offered. The staff does an excellent job with the up keep of the store. It's super clean! Fresh ingredients and clean store, what better combination. I highly recommend the Sante Fe salad with the cilantro dressing (if you like a little spice). I tried their smoothies over the summer and it was slamming. I will be coming back here often.“
“Thought the food was good! Solid portion, hit the spot. Vegetarian bowl was $12 which is a little steep but typical for the neighborhood. I got their fall bowl which was delicious but wished the cauliflower was a little more seasoned.
