I ordered the brisket beef, I would say it was ok, lack of flavor I'm not sure but it has a lot of fat (?) (More than usual?) As a point of comparison, I'm using a place called John Brown BBQ on Long Island City (27-20 40th Ave Long Island City, NY 11101 United States) It would be wonderful if the owner of this place went to John Brown and compared the taste of even cornbread. It would definitely go to another level and I would give him/her my wallet without batting an eyelid.
The food here is amazing. I've been here 5 times in the last 2 months, I can't get enough of their sweet Oklahoma Gold BBQ Sauce. The brisket and pork ribs are amazing. Rib tips were a bit dry. Short ribs are also great. The highlight though is their Gouda Mac n Cheese - It's so smooth and creamy. Once again, their bbq sauce is to die for.Only 1 small complaint : they cut onions somewhere very near to the dining area, results in very spicy air inside.
