Fantastic service and clean atmosphere. The staff is phenomenal.Very overpriced menu. $50 for the L’Ossobuco dish. Visually appealing? Yes. However the saffron risotto was overpowered by salt. The veal shank itself was tender and had a lot of juicy bone marrow. Seasoning just seemed off for this dish.The Risotto ai Funghi was the opposite. Well balanced flavor, but looked like plain oatmeal. For $26 the plating could be better.
Very impressive Eataly shop closed to the Flat Iron building in Manhattan, several restaurants with different specialities like fish, meat, pasta or pizza. Location inside is very nice, possibility to book a table or to go there directly.

Pastas are excellent. Pricing is reasonable for the quality and Manhattan location. Vibe is usually pretty nice too. The entire store is busy but typically you can find some place to sit.
