5 stars all around, including the playlist and unusually amazing mocktail. I entertained my best friend from out of town on a friend’s recommendation. We seated quickly. The sever was helpful. All the food was unique and delightful. Overstory is an elevator ride away. Lots of plusses :) I would love to go back!
Really great experience - try to get a table near the kitchen.I see a lot of raving about the Gruyère fritters, but these were probably the most disappointing item we had. They’re basically mini churros with a bit hot oily cheese. I’d skip them and try some of the other starters instead.Also, the sauce with the pork katsu wasn’t great - tasted too much like a basic mayonnaise and didn’t add much. We went last Sunday night for a family dinner. We ordered White bean Hummus, Hamachi and Tuna appetizers(tiny portions), Gruyère fritters as starters. Can’t remember what else.
