Located in "NYU territory" Galanga is likely to be your go-to Thai spot in the area. Our party of 6 was able to snag a table an hour or so before they closed. The service was really nice, albeit a tad slow. I'll jump directly to our dishes. I ordered the Crying Tiger and Rozena ordered the 3 Flavor Fish Fillet. Authentic Thai food restaurant. Spicy as it should be for Thai food. You can choose your spicy. Owner are professional Thai chef. Taste are so good. Seating area are cozy. Reservation is recommended. Spicy duck salad is good too.

I was so sad to find out yesterday that this Thai restaurant has permanently closed. I ventured there with my group like we've done many times before only to find out they had shuttered what a disappointment. I've eaten there so many times & was never disappointed with the quality of the food. So sorry they're now closed. Thank you for your service!
