One of my favorite cheap eats in Manhattan. I cannot explain how much I love this place. You go up to the counter to order and the food is ready within 5 minutes and served directly to your small table. And even though the restaurant itself is tiny, there always seems to be an open seat as people eat and leave very quickly. I ordered the Fried Chicken Rice and it was delicious!! Stopped by this place because of how many positive reviews there were! The space is small but you can dine in with a smaller group. The service is super quick and the menu is not long so it was easy to pick something. There is not a chicken dish that you could go wrong with. I would recommend all three of the main chicken dishes. This is my second time at ME Chicken Rice and i'll definitely be coming back wayyy more! I got to try their "steamed chicken rice" ($11.95) and their "roasted chicken rice" ($13.95). My favorite was the steamed chicken rice. It comes with a very delicious house made ginger sauce that you could dip your chicken in and it just tingles my taste buds.
