I found myself at Giorgio's of Gramercy for an educational dinner. Since steakhouses are the go-to for events like this, I always find it refreshing when another type of restaurant is selected. Knowing that Giorgio's serves Italian cuisine, I was a little suspect but excited nonetheless to check this place out - so off we went.
