The Mountie is really gooooood. Some of the best coffee I’ve found in the city if you like sweet drinks. The cold brew is really great too. The employees here are the BEST and they’re always so so fast. Plenty of seating here and in the bar/lobby areas.
This café is located on the ground floor of a hotel gracing a triangular Tribeca block, yet is solid enough not just to serve captive, often unknowledgeable hotel visitors, but also locals, as was the case when I stopped by. A Farmer Dan (an americano with two ristretto shots) was a bold, sharp, invigorating way to ease into the day while I recharged my phone at a window counter.
