Came here for lunch during restaurant week. Was surprised they gave us the restaurant week menu on a Saturday as it is for weekdays only typically.They had three different sets: $30, $45, and $60. All three are three course prix fixe, with the main differences being the 2nd course. I chose the $45 course. Typically, I only eat at places with 4.5 stars. But this place is very good and deserves to be rated higher. Woot. Hope this works in raising its rating to what it deserves to be.

I love this place. Feels very authentic and the staff are very kind. The meals are well rounded with lots of variety of flavors, textures, and ingredients that create a nice overall eating experience. It's cohesive. I went back to another ootoya location the next day because I had such a great time.
