This is my home away from home. Sant Ambroeus is my favorite restaurant in New York City and perhaps in the United States. While all of their locations are excellent, my favorite is Madison Ave, where the quality of dining, coffee, lovely staff and ambience remains without peer. Dimitri and Gherardo have taken exquisite care and it shows in every detail. I can stop by any hour of the day for a flat white and Cacio e Pepe.Incredible.

I'm from LA, yet due to business travel, I have been frequenting this restaurant in NY for three years. The food here is always excellent, but what really stands out every time is the above and beyond service provided by Alex. His knowledge of the wine and food is always on point, but it's the rare level of hospitality that he brings to the restaurant that makes it particularly memorable. Keep up the good work.
