This used to be one of my go-to spots before the pandemic, but then it closed and seemingly reopened the next day. It has the same name, but everything else seems different. The salad dressing is not traditionally Japanese and the tempura is greasy (more brown and heavy than yellow and light). I think the new owners may be Chinese - nothing wrong with that, of course, but it doesn't taste authentic Japanese anymore. Sakagura next door is a better option.
we got takeout. had high expectations, but was pretty mediocre. appetizers (eggplant) were good, but soba was nothing mindblowing. Maybe better to eat at the restaurant, which was fairly empty on a saturday evening.

We visited Soba Totto for business dinner, and enjoyed greatly. The menu consisted Soba noodles, Yakitori, Sushi and small Izakaya items. All of them were very tasty, comforting and fresh.Servers were very attentive.There was a cocktail bar at the front area of the restaurant where other guests were enjoying drinks and food.
