High marks for professionalism but poor marks for service.I don't fault the workers at this location because they are severely understaffed; moreover, Starbucks' (apparent) service policy seems to favor online orders over customers present in the store waiting for their food and beverages. I went "off-peak" (3:30 on a Friday afternoon) when there was only one customer ahead of me in line. I ordered one item and waited for 15 minutes for it to be served. I always have a lovely experience here. To be clear, I always use mobile app orders and they’re prepared quickly. I wouldn’t order otherwise, as I have noticed very long wait times.But for me, it’s always been pleasant. The woman (who wears a hairnet and has dark hair, I believe is the manager) is the kindest Starbucks barista I’ve ever met. Says hello to me by name (yes I have a bucks addiction. Haha). But she’s just nice, friendly and seems to genuinely care.
