We found this place by chance, looking for a place to have dinner. This is the second oldest restaurant operating in NY, so it looks like a real tavern (If I found pirates and sailors there, I won´t be surprised). We happened upon this delightful spot after touring the Intrepid. We were hungry for good food and were not disappointed. I had a Franziskaner draft and a cheeseburger, while cooked to well, when I asked for medium, it was well seasoned and had a good flavor on a nice hard roll.
