I visit Veeray da Dhaba with not very high expectations because frankly speaking it’s very difficult to find good Indian food outside South Asia. But I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food at this place. I had ordered saag paneer which was flavorful and had a freshness to it that is rare to find in curries in Indian restaurants. WOW! Insanely authentic and tasteful Indian cuisine. I highly recommend this place whether it’s your first time trying Indian or your 20th time. The menu comprises select dishes because they pride themselves on serving dishes that they make perfectly. It was my first time trying goat and I was so happy I took our waiters recommendation to order the Bhuna Goat curry. Super awesome staff which just added to the experience! Such an excellent place with wonderful food. The first time we went, a while ago, we just walked in and had dinner...now it appears you cannot do that as the place is small and packed. So do get yourself a reservation. Or if you haven't had the foresight to do that, you can take the same food home as I just did.
