Enjoyed the food but not sure it’s worth the hype or the long wait. I went for lunch on a weekday so it wasn’t so bad, but had to line up for over an hour for a dinner on the weekend.
Worth the wait. They don't take reservations, so scoring a table isn't for the faint. I got lucky with a great bar seat at lunch time. Food was amazing as promised. Cacio Pepe was REALLY good. Great staff. Pretty interior. I'd say it's a great date spot.
