“I haven’t had Pontillo’s pizza in awhile, but it has always been considered the favorite pizza in my family. The pizza and wings were just as I remembered and ready for pickup exactly on time. Staff was friendly and polite. It was nice to see that an order of wings is still 12 good size pieces as most places now only serve 10. Will definitely order again. “We ended up at Salvatore's after we walked out of Parker's after waiting for our food for over an hour. I'm glad we did. Pizza was very good as well as the french fries. Our order was ready on time and the staff friendly. Good alternate choice in Newark, NY.“
“Quality of this Nima’s location is SO MUCH better than the Newark one.The pizza quality is just 10x better. They season and flavour the dough/crust and the cheese is actually fresh instead of rubbery chew from Newark’s.Service is also amazing here. The lovely lady is always so nice to me.“
“We drove from Rochester New York to Nima's. It was highly recommended by a friend who lives there and was told they bake authentic New York City pizza. The pizza was delicious but not NYC style. For me it has to be a thin crunchy bottom, chewy and able to fold in half is the NYC way or should I say the traditional Italian style I've known since childhood.? Clifton springs is a beautiful town. It was worth the drive. If you can't find something to do, take a drive and order a pizza pie.“
“I've lived here fore 38 years. Main Street remains the best place in town BY FAR. Other Newark restaurants have decent food, no question, but the last meal I was served at Main St. was the best of it's kind I've EVER had. The owner Tom always greets us (when he's not washing dishes). Hard-working, conscientious, great service and atmosphere -- and a CHEF, not a cook! My son is a CIA-graduated chef and I know the difference. Main St. provides top-shelf entrees, superbly prepared, fast friendly service in a clean, comfortable, warm, welcoming environment. Does it get any better? They're the clear winner -- they've earned it.“
