I absolutely love this Dunkin , the team is full of great people who really try to treat you as friendly . They treat the regulars like family . Also whoever worked 2/8/24 and made a toasted white chocolate iced matcha latte with almond milk for me @ 4:57pm really made it with such passion and love that I tasted pure joy in every sip ! I go here often but through the drive thru. Usually every one is pretty nice but there's one lady who works the window every now and then. She doesn't say hello thank you goodbye nothing. She's too busy talking to the other people around her. It's rude and annoying. I don't say anything because with the food industry you never know what they'll do to your order. This DD drive thru consistently has the Midnight coffee available. However all of the locations that actually have Midnight available it is just warm not hot. I request cream and sugar for Midnight and it's consistently not hot, if they have it at all.I like the Midnight & Apple Crumb donuts and that's the reason I go to DD. I just leave if they don't have it.Wasted my time.
