“We had a really good time laughing at all the bad reviews for this place after we visited … the entitlement of people blows my mind. The two of us left so happy and so full for under $20. Super cute divey and colorful atmosphere. The counter service and patrons were all friendly. Wasn’t sure if it was Mexican or Puerto Rican like some of the reviewers mentioned as there were nods to both, but the important part to me was that it was delicious. The tostones were perfectly flavored and crispy, the chicken and pernil melted in my mouth, and the homemade sauces at the table were yummy and appreciated. Glad we made the random pit stop on the way up the mountains!“
“The food here is out of this world!!! The staff is cool and always attentive to what you need. There is a bit of a wait for the food but it really is authentic Honduran food! They give you a ton a food, might even have to take some home lol and the prices are super reasonable as well.“
“So flavorful and good homemade style foods! I've been here a couple of times and got to try a few dishes. It tasted fresh and seasonings were great. The atmosphere is very family friendly and there's a huge brightly painted chair in the front for uniqueness! Recommend to try them!“
“First visit was today and already looking forward to returning. I’ve never had Honduran food before but my ex-father in law was from British Honduras and my son wanted to try the food. It really was worth stopping in for. Friendly, clean, priced well and gosh darn tasty.“
