The gentlemen working the drive thru are so rude and can barely hear through the speaker that was broken the week before . Not mention, the past 2 times I’ve received cold food. I ordered a double cheeseburger and 2 whoppers. All of them cold, as if they just came out of the fridge. It will be a very long time before I come back here.

Will be filing every complaint and report possible for this location. I’ve come at three different times of the afternoon/evening and they’re always :rebooting the system” or the “system is down” and am always told to come back in 15minutes I think they do it whenever they feel like it to avoid taking customers. The first time I waited bc my boyfriend really wanted a whopper and by the time I drove to the next Burger King the “15 minutes” would be up so I asked if I could just wait in the drive through lane and the unprofessional unqualified Caucasian girl who looked 16 asked me to pull into the parking lot and I really should have ignored her bc I wait not even ten minutes and see someone get the drive through and placed their order and now quickly pulled up behind him and now have to wait for someone else when I was these waiting already. They are so incredibly idiotic and lazy in the sense that they do not have the slightest bit of common sense in when to restart the system (if that’s even true which I doubt) and how to speak to customers about it. They hire lazy teenagers who don’t understand or care about food safety, disease transmission, or customer service. God knows if they even properly clean the inside of that place. I’d exercise extreme caution eating here. I’m hoping they’ll clean house and fire everyone and start over bc that would be the only way to make this place better whoever the manager is clearly doesn’t give a damn.

I went in , Friday evening . I ordered a meal , and some side items , then waited 10 mins , for the wrong food. I then proceeded to wait again , with zero customers , in line , only to be ignored. I spent $15 , and couldn’t get my food. So I left the wrong order on the counter , and walked out !

Got two snack wraps and cheesy tots. After I paid I asked for 1 zesty sauce and was told it’s 27 cents.And the ordering microphone was broken. Just ridiculous all around.

*Update with pics*I'm so disgusted with this place, cold food just plopped together thought I'd try again but Dam I was wrong. The pics are my whooper and chicken crisp. Hard old chickenThis place was so disgusting the employees were talking about customers that were in the drive-through behind me specially the gentleman that he has a disability was horribly speaking swearing no gloves any employee no gloves and of course couldn't get the receipt because he literally had a line of receipts about 20 or more and chat about in the garbage. Food was so old and disgusting like rock hard I'm afraid to complain because half the time I go there you can't get in the store. But gentleman was extremely rude not helpful this place seriously needs to be turned into the health department and employees need to be retrained or fired.

This is probably the absolute worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. For starters every time I come here their system has crashed and they can’t take any orders. There was a time I went inside and ordered for my family and after about 15-20 mins we finally got our food. By the time we were done eating there was about 3-5 people in line and not a soul in the entire restaurant. We walked out to our car to leave and I noticed the entire staff in the back inside a fenced area smoking cigs and holding hands. I told them there were people in line and one of them said “yea I know” and just carried on. This place is an all around waste. Go to the one a couple miles up the road across from Tully’s it’s worth the drive.

I ordered on the ap 20 minutes before my lunch time. My order was nowhere to be found. Not the first time it's happened. Workers were dancing in the back while making food. Glad that they're having fun at work, but come on! Every time I pre-order at this particular store, there's an issue.
