Will be filing every complaint and report possible for this location. I’ve come at three different times of the afternoon/evening and they’re always :rebooting the system” or the “system is down” and am always told to come back in 15minutes I think they do it whenever they feel like it to avoid taking customers. I went in , Friday evening . I ordered a meal , and some side items , then waited 10 mins , for the wrong food. I then proceeded to wait again , with zero customers , in line , only to be ignored. I spent $15 , and couldn’t get my food. So I left the wrong order on the counter , and walked out !

The gentlemen working the drive thru are so rude and can barely hear through the speaker that was broken the week before . Not mention, the past 2 times I’ve received cold food. I ordered a double cheeseburger and 2 whoppers. All of them cold, as if they just came out of the fridge. It will be a very long time before I come back here.
