“It's really too bright in the room we were in. We needed sunglasses. Felt like we were in a cafeteria. Steak was tasty but tough. The chicken parm was oddly skimpy for TT. The garlic pizza which we asked for extra garlic, lacked...garlic. They were definitely fully staffed but oddly the service was slow we had to attempt to grab anyone to get drink refills. It wasn't packed. I'm hoping it was a fluke as never had an issue there.
I should have stuck with sausage & cheese pizza that never disappoints.“

“Went to Joey's for the first time last night. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was. From the fresh bread with yummy garlic butter to delicious salads and fabulous entrees. I ordered Shrimp Francaise and it was the best food I have ever eaten. I brought Tiramisu home for desert. Again, mouth watering, so so delicious. My friends had eggplant Parmesan, clams, salmon, chicken french, and all raved about their entrees. But the other best part was the host Chris and our wonderful server Nancy. She is by far the best server ever. She made our evening fun while providing excellent service. Totally in tuned with our table and always answering our questions with knowledge and a wonderful attitude. The ambiance was great. Nice little tables for two in corners and just the right atmosphere for everyone.“

“We recently had dinner at this establishment. It as a special occasion so be brought a cake with us and were told there would be a $20 serving fee! How outrageous is that! In this day and age with this economy I would think you would be grateful for the business. Where is the customer service! I was told you have a baker on sight so that is the reason! ridiculous! Needless to say we will NOT patronize Francescas again and will spread the word! There were 6 of us and so with drinks etc. we had a hefty bill Also, the veal saltimbuca was way overcooked!“

“My coworker and I sat at the bar seating in front of the pizza kitchen. We had a great experience chatting with the staff making the pizzas. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive even though the restaurant was packed on a Tuesday evening. The food was amazing from appetizer to dessert. I had their delicious seasonal sangria to drink. We will definitely be back!“

“WOW!! what a great surprise. We were getting hail damage repair done next door at Chuck Taylor's Body shop and decided to try Francescas while we waited! Excellent!! Crust is fabulous and they could teach a few places in Utica a thing or too for quality 🍕. Also had teriyaki wings so big and juicy. If you haven't yet, give them a try! “Absolutely the best pizza around Syracuse, especially if you like NYC-style. First time there today and had a slice of cheese pizza that literally made me and my friend get a little teary-eyed it was so good. The tasty crust was just the right amount of crispiness and flop. The sauce was flavorful without being overly sweet, and the sauce:cheese ratio was perfect. The staff was working hard but still friendly and made sure to acknowledge us and take our order promptly.“

We were starving obviously! Hillary got my order 100% correct and was super friendly! 25 minutes later the food was ready! When we got the food home and started devouring everything, all was prepared to perfection and tasted amazing! You now have 3 additional fans of your amazing food besides myself! Decided to try them at Daniella's this time and they were awesome! We told our waitress about our experience last week and just like we were, she was shocked by how we were treated.
