“We came to Buffalo from Pittsburgh for a few days and randomly picked Webster's for dinner. This place is simply a hidden gem. The food was incredible, and service... I was SO IMPRESSED by the services. It just seems lately (post covid) that people don't know what the service is anymore. Every single staff member was dressed to impress and our server Tom looked so sharp, was helpful, friendly, attentive and polite which just made this experience 10/10. I cannot recommend this place enough equally because of the food quality and selection and excellent service.“

“So my gf and I visited Country Cottage for the first time last night as we were celebrating 30 yrs together and we heard a lot about this place and decided to try it.When we got there we did have to wait a few minutes to be seated as they were busy and the waitress wanted to sit us at a clean table- not a bad thing!I got turkey soup and than chicken and biscuit dinner and my gf got the Rubin and fries dinner.The food was absolutely fantastic!My gf said it was the best Rubin she had had and my soup and dinner was so good!Thank You Country Cottage for making our 30 yr anniversary dinner not only special but so good!“

“In town to see the falls and driving around the area we stumbled upon this gem. it was a bit of a damp chilly day and the atmosphere when we walked in was warm and welcoming, food was perfect comfort food at really reasonable prices and a nice assortment of great beer that is brewed right there. Highly recommend and don't miss the stuffed pickle!“

They kept the fresh entrees coming and there were a VARIETY of things to choose from and personally I LOVE that because I'm not a breakfast food person! Their serves were sweet and personable. “In my opinion, the first sign of a good restaurant like this is the fact that it is not empty.It is located in a beautiful environment right by the river.We ordered pretzels with mustard, which surprised me with the shape, but they were perfect. Overcooked, soft and wonderful with a touch of mustard.As a main course, I ordered fish & chips, which I may have slightly regretted, because the selection was wide.The food was very tasty, but the restaurant is seasonal, so I won't be going back anytime soon. But what is important, I would like to.“

“Fantastic little "greasy spoon" diner. Only have been here for breakfast and it's outstanding! The waitresses are all very nice and are quick to fill up a coffee cup. The place just got renovated and looks better than ever! Give this place a try and you won't regret it.“

We have also been to this brewery several times - once with a very large noisy group from work. Everything was amazing!“

“Canal Club is amazing every time I go! This is a wonderful example of what a well run, locally owned business looks like. When you're here, they treat you like family. The food is amazing, and the chef is so friendly. They keep the menu fresh and are always trying different specials which keeps me coming back over and over again. I love the outdoor patio during the summer and the ambiance inside during the colder months. Canal Club should definitely be put on your "must visit" list for locally owned favorites.“

“The DJ music can be a bit too loud but the bands are always fun to see. The bartenders are great, if you're not sure what kind of drink you like or may want they can help you figure it out. The raspberry bbq or the strawberry bbq wings/fingers are incredibly good. Get the mac-n-cheese bites, the mini taco nachos, loaded tater tots or any of their other pub grub and you're set for excellence ??.“

“Gorgeous spring day. Decided to find a place by some water we've never been to for lunch. This place caught our eye and we gave it a try. Food was fantastic! Great atmosphere and super relaxing along the creek. Different spin on the stuffed banana peppers but they were incredible. Service was sloooow but we weren't in a hurry and took in the views. Wife had the Turkey Bacon handheld and I went with the Rodeo Burger. Large portions and very fresh and flavorful. Definitely will be heading back again soon.“

The food is delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, the service was friendly and affordable. “Emily from Wurlitzer makes vegan pizzas. They are the best vegan pizzas for parties. We Buffalo residents are fortunate for having them. I once took 6 huge vegan pizzas for an event and everyone said they loved it and some notes down the name of the restaurant.I also LOVE their vegan ice creams and other desserts. Very tasty ❤️“
