“The two girls working there were really friendly and had such great attitudes, which made the whole experience even better. One of them recommended the new peanut butter froyo flavor, and I’m so glad she did because it was honestly so good. You can tell they actually care about customers. Parking: It’s shared between the other venues in the area. Most of the time it’s full but might be just enough for one car to find parking. Never had to wait long for a spot”

“Amazing vendor to use for catering! They are so responsive and quick as well to provide information. I initially reached out to Zabi over the phone and he immediately provided all of the details, menu options, and pricing. He was very good about communicating over text and phone.

My sister visited the location in person and worked with Saba. They treated her with so much hospitality while she was there and while building out the order. Saba provided great guidance and recommendations on which options would work well for our event and also provided honest opinions about portion sizes, telling us where to scale up and where to scale down.

We had a really early morning delivery time that they were willing to accommodate and delivered on time day of! They also spoke to the owner of the venue and worked out all the delivery details and handled the logistics for us.

Lastly, and most importantly, the food here was delicious. I heard multiple compliments from guests about how much they enjoyed the barg and how juicy the chicken was. The passed appetizers were also favorites and we really appreciated that were able to modify parts of the menu to make bite sized passed appetizers work. They were very flexible, and all the food was a hit!

“I had the grilled chicken platter with rice, beans, and sweet plantains, along with a cheese and broccoli empanada. Everything was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, the sides were delicious, and the empanada was fresh and satisfying.

The portions were very generous for the price, making it an excellent value. Great food, great quality, and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this spot and will be coming back again!”

“My family and I ordered the black bean noodles, spicy seafood noodle soup, and sweet sour pork. The noodles were very chewy, but the black bean sauce was a little salty. The sweet and sour pork was crispy but there wasn't too much meat inside. The waitresses also kept confusing the orders as they were serving. Overall, the price was a little expensive but the experience wasn't too bad.”

And their quality is always very fresh and delicious, no matter which begal you choose,you will not get disappointed, I used to go with my children when they were young but now they go there by themselves, it become family tradition lol. “I am not Middle Eastern but for this Thanksgiving I stopped in here to buy desserts for the family and try something different this holiday. Well, Everyone loved the cookies , baklava, honey covered sweets, and breads. It was a terrific hit, obviously freshly made, and all for a good price. Everyone especially liked trying a new type of dessert this year. This bakery is nestled in Queens’ Armenian community and in my view obviously serves the local Armenian community with ethnic baked goods, assuring a high level of overall quality.”

“I stumbled on this little bakery a while ago and now it’s one of my go-to spots. The same sweet lady is always behind the counter, and she makes the place feel so welcoming. Their specialty is the pan de bono, Colombian cheese bread that’s soft, slightly sweet, and absolutely perfect when it’s hot. We had to wait a few minutes for a fresh batch today, and it was completely worth it. They came out warm from the oven, and I took one up the mountain after my hike, the best reward! Definitely a neighborhood gem.”

“Fast and efficient service. Cash only. It’s a small cafe with only a few small tables. A little run down but fine for take out. It’s a Hong Kong style cafe so more like Chinese fast food. So don’t expect the food to be like at table service Chinese restaurants. However, it’s authentic so not the Americanized food like Panda Express. We got chicken wings, salted fish and chicken fried rice, vegetables with garlic, and Hong Kong stir fried ramen. They were all good - a little greasy but that’s expected since fried or stir fry. There’s a parking lot in back.”

“Our family has been to Chilsung few times. For father’s day, we ordered the Prime Rib Eye Steak (Kot Deung Shim), Pork Belly (Samgyeopsal). The server cooks the meat for you. We also ordered stew Kimchi Jjigae, and the kids’ favorite,topokki (mild spicy).. They also have a wide variety of side dishes which are filling on their own, and they provide complimentary steamed egg and soup.
Service can be a little slow during busy days but we are lucky to have an accommodating server.

It's on the slightly pricier side, but the quality of meat and food , plus the thoughtful extras like probiotic drinks for the kids and ginseng drinks for the adults make it a good dinner experience”
