“Like fellow Yelper Kid L mentioned below, everytime I go here I have a completely different experience than what many past reviews have described. It appears that this location has gotten finally their groover after having a bit of a rocky start. I came in yesterday for the 3rd time since writing my initial 5-star review last December, and on each occasion they really hit the mark. The food has been ready fast and comes out super hot. Yesterday I tried their Korean-style burger (ok.. I admit, I got a double) and it was ohh-sooo-good. I even got a side of spicy fries, because let's face it, how can you not. I could go on and on about how good this combo hits but just check out my pictures below this review. Friendly staff, easy to use kiosks if you're feeling anti-social, clean bathrooms, ample seating and water station with plenty of water cups.. that's a 5-star Shake Shack experience if you ask me! Elite tip: If ordering for pickup or delivery, check online for promo codes. They often have a BOGO or a decent percentage off“
“Loved Nathan's as a kid. Who remembers the huge Nathan's with the gameroom down the street from the present Nathan's? My parents used to drop me off at the old Nathans and leave me there to play games while they did their errands. The food is delicious. The hot dogs never fail. The burgers are delicious, and the Philly cheesesteak is a dream. My kids love the shakes. Sad that this is the only one remaining on LI but the photos/pictures on the walls ate nostalgic. The one in New Hyde Park closed a few yrs ago but I always go to the Oceanside location. Again, middle the old Oceanside location that had the huge Cameroon. My parents took my daughter to the Westbury location that had the last remaining gameroom. Sadly, that one closed years ago and became Chick FIL AParking: Tue parking lot is big enough and free in the back. Long Beach Road is very busy. Rarely is their parking on the street available.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals!“
“My girlfriend and I had a truly remarkable dining experience at a charming local spot in LI. To satisfy my hunger, I indulged in the delectable combination of beef flank, cheeseburger, and hamburger, while my girlfriend opted for the equally delightful cheeseburger and hamburger. Despite the long line for pick-up service, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly our food was ready. The atmosphere of the place had a nostalgic touch, reminiscent of the groovy vibes of the 1970s. We were so captivated by the unique ambiance that we've already made up our minds to return. We genuinely appreciate the wonderful time we had. Thank you!“
“I'm sure you've heard of Burger King but have you had Burgér King? Because that is what this place is. Luxury. A fireplace?! Really?! In Burger King. I didn't know I needed that until I saw it. Also the place is immaculately clean, floors, bathroom everything. They actually bring the food out to you. Service A1. I will only eat at this Burgér King.“
“I have gotten coffee from a lot of places, most notable DD and i have never got burned like i did with this mcdonalds coffee. The coffee was good, but I needed a whole water cup full of ice to get it to a drinkable temp. I took the tiniest sip to see if it was too hot and ended up burning the whole inside of my mouth. My tounge & lips swelled up, the insides of my cheeks & lips are now peeling and cracked. The staff was A+ and the place was clean, but y'all really need to evaluate the coffee machines settings.“
“I really didn’t expect the chicken to taste like that definetly get the chicken sandwich. The chicken. Is so juicy perfect crunch and taste when you eat their chicken I come here every week late night they close super late and a lowkey Gem!“
“Of course I loved my March Special Philly with Mushrooms. Today, my mom arrived from India at JFK and I decided to introduce her to American Vegan food :) She said, "chaalaa baagundi ", which means very good, a high compliment! One of the greatest treats about visiting India is food (colors and live dance musicals are another); there's a ton of plant-based eats but the vegan food has some ways to go.“
“Love it here! My husband and I have been twice since discovering it a month ago. The food is really good. We’ve tried the curry goat, curry chicken, jerk chicken, and stew chicken so far. My favorite dish has to be the jerk chicken plantain cups. We also tried the culture clash and the rum punch which were both great drinks. The owner (Mo) is awesome, he’s such a friendly guy and we were engaged in conversation with him the whole time we were there on our first visit. He has great experiences to share if you have the time.“
“Me and a friend went to get food at the truck at the south gate mail.. the wait for the food was long unfortunately but the burgers were really good. I'd definitely go back, but I'd probably go to the store front, or I'd call and place an order.“
“My dining experience at the Oceanside location exceeded my expectations, setting a new standard for excellence within the franchise. The culinary team delivered exceptional dishes, each bite a symphony of flavors that left me wanting more. The ambiance was warm and inviting, further enhanced by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Their attentiveness and genuine care for our dining experience made us feel valued and appreciated. The Oceanside establishment has undoubtedly raised the bar for the franchise, and I urge other locations to take note and aspire to reach this level of culinary excellence and customer service.“
