“Beautiful oak woodwork and decor make for a warm, inviting setting to have a great meal. The French onion soup was wonderful! The beef on weck was a different style than expected but might appeal more to some diners. Instead of thinly sliced beef in au jus on the kimmelweck (salt) roll, here they served a mountain of sliced beef on the weck roll but without the extra juice, making for a hearty but a bit dry meal.”

“We had been planning a camping trip for 7 months in the area and we always like to have a breakfast out. We found this restaurant online and decided 7 months ago that this would be where we went.

“Incredibly friendly staff today 10/10/23 @12pmIn a shopping plaza near a lot of different businesses to shop at.Brand new, well decorated, and spotlessly clean.Lunch chicken hibachi special was a decent size and delicious.Dinner hibachi combo (steak, chicken, and shrimp) was very tasty!Crab Rangoon and dumplings were great!The deep fried crab sushi cream cheese roll was next level good.We'll definitely be back.”

“Just finished having the best meal here. The staff made you feel welcome right off the bat. I got maragarita on the rocks that was done perfectly. All of their food is homemade starting with the wonderful tortilla chips, light and crispy with their delicious salsa. I ordered the Hawaiian style Chicken Tacos. They came piled high with diced tomatoes, and guacamole. They were just phenomenal. With it came their yellow rice seasoned perfectly and refried beans. My husband had gotten the house specialty tacos that came with the au jus that was rendered from the slow roasted beef. He raved about them; and he’s a hard sell. As was the flan he had for desert. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Can’t wait to come back and sample more from their extensive menu.”

“We love this place and visit regularly with our two-year-old. Not only is the sushi always fresh and delicious, but the servers are always so kind and patient with us & our daughter- who is admittedly still working on her restaurant manners and can make a big mess sometimes. They have even gone out of their way to bring us our meal on the sushi boat just to see the smile on her face. We’re so lucky to have this place in Olean!”

“My friend and I went here today, what a gem! The menu size was perfect, not too big or too small and beverage list was fantastic! We had a pizza and a sandwich to split between us, everything was wonderful! The service was great, the wait wasn’t long at all even with a busier afternoon and our bill was LESS than it is when we go to Chipotle, Applebees, or Pizza Hut. And the food was so much better! We will definitely be back! Has anyone noticed that we seem to be more dissatisfied with the bigger chain restaurants than we are over our locally owned businesses? 🤔 SUPPORT LOCAL!”

“I came in with my husband today at around 2:30pm. The person working was WONDERFUL!!! They were patient with my indecisive husband, made suggestions, and was funny all while being polite. If I lived in olean, I would 100% be a frequent flyer. Great employee, great food, great store! My sandwich was PERFECT.

“We usually get the diet dishes, which are steamed. They are generally the best in the area that we have found, and are always quite pleased with what we get. It is served hot, and the portion sizes are very large. Good value. We've been getting food from there once or twice a week. The place is small, but there is some room for dining in.”

“I've been to Green Acres Cafe on several occasions. Never had a bad experiences. My most recent dining experience was with my step mom. She had the homemade Belgium waffle. I had the Blueberry pancakes. You could tell the blueberry pancakes were homemade. They were filled with fresh blueberries. Our food arrived promptly. I remarked. I don't know how he (Paul) manages to do all of the orders so quickly and efficiently. The food is hot and fresh.
The waitress was attentive to our needs. We will definitely return to Green Acres.”

The food was fresh, tasty, and the portions were huge! For the poke, you can add any veggies and toppings you like with no extra charge. Plus, the bowls were made from eco-friendly materials, which was awesome. The owners were super nice. Thank you!”
