“Very friendly employees over here at this Lucky Hare. This place definitely has very good food and they also have non-alcoholic options like regular or diet sodas. Not only that, they have awesome open mics like once a week, trivia like once an other week and they also have LIVE music like every other Fridays or other Saturdays. “My 2 boys and I were passing through and were looking for a place to have breakfast. After reading reviews we decided to come here and we had such a nice experience. We were instantly greeted when we walked in the door and the displays of goodies were enticing. We ordered a few breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, and a cinnamon roll, and we were all very pleased with the food and how friendly the staff was. They had a good variety of sandwiches, breakfast, options, bakery goods, and drinks… If you’re in the area, I would definitely recommend!“

They remember your favorite orders, how you like them, and sometimes you can come in and get what you want without having to ask. The eggs are incredible. I tried the eggs at the diner down the road on 17C, they were abysmal. But the eggs here at Harris Diner are always perfect, not too "eggy" in taste, but rather light and pleasant. Coffee is fresh, they have great soup, and one of the waitresses cooks some great pies, which gives you a wide dessert selection. If I had one minor complaint, the prices have gone up a little. “Traveling home from a wedding in Columbus OH to home in Maine we pinned the halfway point to stop over. We discovered this gem of a restaurant of MJ's on the Susquehanna River in historic Owego, NY. We dined ohe deck by the river. We ate the butter lettuce pockets of vegetables and a Greek salad. DELICIOUS! Having been so sensible with our vegetarian supper we shared the pan cooked chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and caramel sauce. Great service, decor, funk factor, clean and good. We may live 8 hours away, but this dining experience makes it worth returning for. Plus there are plenty of interesting places to see in this part of NY.“

“My wife and I stopped in for a bite on the way back from Seneca Lake on a Monday around 5:30 PM. Moderate size crowd with plenty of seating available. We were seated right away and our waitress showed up moments later. Impressive menu. Wife had the Patty Melt and I had their 1/2 pound deluxe burger. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Delicious milkshakes. Saw many items on the menu that we will be back to try. Spanakopita was one. Cake and desert selection was fantastic looking and would go back just for that. We highly recommend this restaurant.“
