What can I say do people still find the fresh hot food 3:00 4:00 in the morning I like that place look like social club everyday too much fun safety Place safety area 4:00 in the morning plus indoors opening to 3:00 in the morning but it's inside always

This location always withholds pickup orders behind the counter rather than putting it on the pickup shelf like all other ones do. Multiple occasions I've had to stand in line until I could ask for my order, then when I could visibly see it right behind the counter. Kinda defeats the point of doing mobile pickup when you have to stand here for 10 minutes to get an order that's already paid for.

Customer service at the Patchogue location is absolutely trash. Did a mobile order, order was ready as soon as I arrived. Walked in and stood at the counter for nearly 15min before someone was able to find my order. Told 2 different employees the name on the order and showed them my mobile order receipt. Both employees told me they never saw that order, it took the gentleman that was doing window orders to find my bag in 2 seconds, which was sitting on the counter in the back....read full review
