“Very nice inviting decor. Service was just ok. The server was basic, didn’t tell us it was happy hour? Nor did she mention and food selections. For a new establishment I guess I was expecting a bit more … maybe ask if we had been there before? Check back to see how our food was( it was outstanding), we got more help from the water girl Had to ask to clear table. Had to ask for check from the water girl? The server had much support. Seems she took our order and disappeared. But the server assistants were on point. Dinner was really good. We will go back… because of the food. Even the manager walked pasted us a dozen times. There were 6 tables.. perfect time for manager to mingle… just saying. Place is very nice, great menu too. Just left feeling ignored. Nice music too. Maybe the server was having a bad day? Like I said we will go again !!! Great food.”

“The crispy spicy boneless thighs are amazing! So much flavor. The fried chicken gizzards are great too. A little pricy for fried chicken but worth it in my opinion.”

“The pizza is amazing. Tasty with the right amount of sauce and cheese ratio. The crust is crispy but not overdone.

The Grandma, regular, and peperoni slices are great. Buffalo slice is spicy but not overly done either.”

“Ralphie's Crossroads Cafe is one of the favorite "go-to" lunch spots for our office. You can't go wrong no matter what you choose from the menu. Standard menu favorites as well as the daily specials are all outstanding! We've been coming here for years and I have yet to be served a bad meal. It's exciting when a new employee starts working with us and we take them to Ralphie's. Just watch them take their first bite! :) Keep up the great work guys! “My husband and I, likes Umberto’s of Plainview. We’ve been here a couple of years and the food is always great. The place is clean and give you large portion especially the mixed seafood with pasta, it’s delicious! The people who works at this location are super nice. We are a fan, highly recommended!😘”

“Absolutely delicious fresh cooked food. They are very welcoming when you go there. I recommend the chicken lo mein, dumplings, etc. Honestly the food is delicious 😋.”

“This is our FAVORITE place to get Raman! You can’t get any better than this! So delicious, always fresh, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. So many options on the menu, even some great options for Gluten free!! The size of the dishes is so much, we usually end up taking some home, I love it! The kimchi is the best and the crispy chicken bun is so fluffy and the chicken is so crispy! The soup is amazing and it fits perfectly with the toppings. It’s a very quick wait, always less than 10 minutes! Do yourself a favor and try it out!

“The review score is misleading as it takes into account low reviews from people who thought this was a cafe and not a wholesale/retail coffee roaster. I've been buying their coffee for years now. Fantastic coffee and the price can't be beat!!! You get a full pound, not 10 or 12oz and you can get any flavor imaginable. They have dozens of flavors of your into that. I've tried a bunch with only a rare few that I didn't care for. I now but 5 lb bags each time as I've been brewing lots more coffee!!! Terrific coffee. I've been using my farberware perc pot that makes a fantastic pot of coffee and makes it super hot!!!!”

“We have only eaten here a handful of times but each time the food is fresh for both dine in & take our. I love the 20% off when you order on-line. The staff is very friendly and accommodating allowing my daughter to customize her bento box. Tonight we took out & I left my phone on the bar. The staff held it for me in the register until I returned to get it. They definitely won me as their customer!”

“Brisket knish is really good. It's really filling. Sauces are just ok overall...they should be free with combos IMO. Garlic aioli was my fav. Food does take about 20 mins for takeout. Lady taking my order was extremely nice.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to in this case. Pantano’s of Plainview catered my baby shower this past weekend. The food was amazing!! Three days later and I'm still getting texts complimenting the food. Gian Luca and his staff made everything so so easy, from the amount of food I would need to what to actually order to the sides and extra sauces; everything was perfect. With such a busy day, that was one thing I didn't have to worry and stress about. I highly recommend!”

“I came across this deli when I was getting my hair cut next door. What drew my attention was the kimbap and the tteokbokki they make. The nice lady makes them fresh every day. I have gotten tteokbokki plenty of times before in restaurants but this one tasted so flavorful and the tteok was the perfect consistency! The kimbap is my favorite and it’s already my second time coming! Highly recommend. 너무 너무 맛있어요!!”

“Would be a 5 but there are no public bathrooms which seems sketchy to me because I thought all dine in establishmentts (they had seating prior to COVID) had to provide bathrooms. Prices compared to portions is insane but that's just the times we live in.”

“Wow...was visiting family and tried this diner. Had the Turkey dinner...it was amazing. Tender turkey, moist and flavorful. The gravy was perfect. The veggies were great. I ordered a baked sweet potato...it was HUGE...cooked perfectly and so sweet. Here is the most amazing part. I was watching one of the waiters getting, what I thought was hot water for tea...no...he filled the cup with hot water to warm it up before filling it with coffee...now THAT'S service. The staff was so helpful and friendly too..I will definitely be back!!!”

“Cheapest in price but not in quality! Food isn’t greasy like other places, and it’s the least expensive Chinese takeout I’ve found in the area. Not to mention there’s only a $10 minimum for delivery when other places are at least $15”

“A real nice family pizzeria with nice slice variety, the crust is very, very good, the sauce choices full of flavor. The atmosphere is adorned with Italian accents on walls , wooden chairs and small tables adequate for 4 but a bit tight. We make a trip here every now and then and it is worth every mile. I guarantee you will feel the same. Italian is spoken here. Mangia que te fa bene.....”
