“Great spot!? I ordered a BEC & opted for whole wheat toast -the bread was full of seeds & delicious! Great selection of ciders & local produce as well. Homemade chickpea & sesame ginger slaw was UNREAL! (see photos)I want to go back in the summer when it’s warmer to see what other goodies I find ??“

“Had an awesome brunch here with my friends. No reservations (we went on Sunday) and even though it was pretty busy we got sat quite fast. The service was quick, the food was delightful. We got three different things and shared everything family style. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. Belgian waffle - amazing! Grilled cheese (with brie) out of this world! Will definitely come back!“

“Have been coming here regularly for pretty much since they’ve been open. I have tried pretty much every breakfast sandwich in the Hudson valley and hazel rose takes the cake. Their brioche buns are fantastic. All of their breakfast items are amazing. They make delicious cheesecakes as well. Definitely best little spot in the area.“

“I love coming to Chakra Bowls. The owner and staff are top notch. If you aren’t sure what you want, have questions or need something adjusted they are on it. I also love being able to come with my young child who can enjoy ordering for herself and enjoy eating something delicious and nutritious.“

“Just had breakfast at Underground this morning. They have been closed in the morning since Covid but now have new owners. The coffee was just as good as it used to be and the breakfast was much better. It’s great to have a good coffee shop and breakfast spot again in Highland. I did stop in for dinner when the new owners had just taken over but they were out of a lot of things and hadn’t gotten their liquor license yet. It looks like they are still working on getting beers in tap but they do have cans and bottle of beer and wine now. The breakfast really was very good. The best spot for breakfast in Highland now for sure. I’ll leave another review the next time we go for dinner to see if they have gotten all the wrinkles ironed out. We got the eggs Benedict with spinach and the breakfast tacos.“

“Third time I been here. Some people say it's pricey but it's literally no more expensive then a Fast Food combo and it's healthy. It seems lately anytime you go go to get food, shopping, paying a bill, the person acts like it's a burden that your choosing to spend your money supporting their business. All the ladies were extremely nice helpful happy to help me with anything I needed and did it with a smile the whole time. And shouts out to the Asia (and the other ladies) It was her first day and we all know how stressful and anxious your very first day is, she was so nice and sweet and actually didn't screw my order up which the most experienced servers still do. Alot of places like this just expect you to be able to read the money and understand it completely and then get angry when you ask a question. Everyone that I interacted with was extremely helpful, HAPPY to help, genuine, all bright smiles. The business is lucky to have them. If they leave I would happily hire them at my shop lol. Go here get a healthy breakfast, from employees with beautiful vibes and set the tone for a beautiful day!!! “I was there last night. I ordered buffalo wings, popeye salad and salmon dinner. Someone in my group ordered smothered pork chops and fish and chips. All of the food was really good. Good portions and good prices. There was a jazz band playing in another area but could be heard in the dining room. The band plays from 6:30 to 9:30 on alternate Thursday nights. Service was very good and very short waits for food. Overall, this calls for a return visit.“

“I come here very often because they have a very cute themed drink menu that my kids love. Lots of unique flavors and options for boba.Would be five stars but a huge bummer they don’t have a customer bathroom. I also wish the traditional boba tasted fresher!“

“Just learned of this place and met a friend for lunch. Everyone I talked to said it was fantastic and I have to agree. The food was delicious and they were accommodating with my adding an item to my sandwich. My friend had a side salad which was huge and a bowl of soup. Both she said were delicious. This is a cafe where you stand in line to order your food , find a table and sit down, and they will bring it to you when it's ready. There tends to be a long line when you go in to order your food, but it does go fast. The people taking your order are friendly and listen well to what you are asking for. They ask the appropriate questions regarding what you can add to your food item and if you I'm not quite sure what you want, they're willing to offer suggestions. The food was delicious. And it was plentiful. Their French fries were some of the best I've tasted. I do not know what the seasoning is on them, but I recommend them. Not your ordinary run of the mill French fries. I will be back and I highly recommend this cafe.“

“this place is really good . when tony worked there he would make dinners and pizza that were delicious. the deli makes awesome wedges so big that i need to take small bites. there soups and salads are good. the soup could be much hotter. but over all i will give them 5 stars.Vegetarian options: the deli has plenty of veggie Options to choose from and everything is fresh. they have a menu on the wall that you can mix and match from as well. the people who work there are very nice.“

“We went to Vigneto several times and really enjoyed their professionalism. The staff/owners greet you at the door, take the time to talk to you respectfully, and ask regularly if you are satisfied with the food. We highly recommend Vigneto.“

If you think other local bagels are “good”, then you havnt tried bagels and bites.. but be warned, once you have one of their bagels, no other bagel will come close and you will be disappointed that it’s not a bagels and bites bagel.. the owner is also heavily involved in his own business which adds authenticity “

Great chatting with the students/ staff. My son attends Marist University (down the road) and I'll be back to CIA on my future visits!“

“As you enter the place, a magnificent setting, adelightful marriage of a cozy dining room and a view of the wood burning oven. Sitting in any table, you have a wonderful view of the workshop-like kitchen where you can see the chefs working. The menu has a generous selection of many types of meat and fish. “Fresh baked delicious sweet breads. I'm so glad I stopped in .. the selection of treats is almost overwhelming, but I managed to pick 3 and was not disappointed by any of them. The sweetness is just right, but the flaky pastry and breads are truly artful. You should stop next time you go by - park in Dollar General if you don't want to park on the street, but there aren't any parking meters here, so either way the parking is free. I highly recommend getting your next fresh baked treat from Gisselle's!“

“I'm on the fence, I've had awful lasagna (brick of mush and sauce) and the most amazing Alfredo. I've found dishes I really like and stick with them. I do really like their grandma pizza. Best to call in your orders rather than go online. They are nice people all in all.“
