“Loved my experience here. Was sad there weren't more people dining in! Soft music playing in the restaurant and the ambiance was nice. Best part was the foooood! I love green curry and they made it for me with fried eggplant chunks.... to DIE for!!!“
“I brought my friend after I found this place from a friend. We enjoyed everything … and talking about service, i can’t brag more about Amanis … She’s just the best. Aside from the delicious offerings, She will give you all to have you enjoy and have the best experience in their restaurant ??“
“I loved Sup Thai Kitchen! The atmosphere, the service, and the food were just all an A+. The food came out really quick and they were all super delicious. The menu has so many good options to choose from and the desserts were a great way to end the meal. They have really good boba too! Definitely a new favorite!“
“As you enter the restaurant, it has a more cozier and relaxed eating experience. The food took some time but it’s worth the wait. This is going to be a go to spot if I want Thai food in a relaxed setting. I highly recommend the Roti Dipp. The peanut dipping sauce is so savory.“
“Tonight was the third time I ordered food from Atit Thai (more on that below).Excited to have a new Thai option in the area. The dishes I've ordered taste great and are a little more special than the average Thai restaurant in the area.Tonight I was disappointed with the so-called tropical fruit said. It did not arrive as advertised with 50% of the fruit being apples. There are a few pieces of kiwi and canned pineapple. 1/4 of an apple is not worth +$12. I wouldn't mind if the fruit doesn't match the published photo, but please at least make it tropical.Note on the second attempted order- the restaurant canceled my order through Uber and sent me scrambling to find lunch during work hours.Wishing this restaurant success, just some optimization needed.“
“The environment of this restaurant is very good. The food is not only beautiful in appearance, but more importantly, the taste is very good, the color is good, fresh and refreshing, and the price is not high. It is suitable for taking the family together.“
“We have had dinner at this restaurant several times. The environment is very tasteful, the service is very good, and the various dishes are very exquisite in workmanship. We highly recommend this place and will stay here again if we come back to New York.“
“The food here is fresh and delicious. Great portions without being overwhelming. The service was spot on. Everyone was so nice and attentive. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The atmosphere is warm and quant. I never write reviews but they were so impressive! Finally a spot that offers it all!“
“I love to dine here with my family as well as order takeout. The food is consistently good and the staff is always courteous and helpful. My favorite dish, which I highly recommend, is the Spicy Basil Fish.Parking: free street parking but I've never had an issue finding a spaceKid-friendliness: the food is kid friendly.“
“I’ve tried my fair share of ayce bbq, and this is easily the BEST. From the meat selection to the dessert bar, it’s so clear how much thought was put into the curation of this restaurant. The service was, also, just exceptional. We came right before the last seating time, and the staff made it known that we shouldn’t rush ourselves. They guided us through what to try, what tastes best etc. Left here incredibly stuffed with not just food, but also the love of the welcoming staff - will definitely be back! Could not recommend more.“
“We have been coming here for the last 10 and it still is my favorite Thai restaurant. Authentic Thai flavors, friendly service, nice portions, great atmosphere are just some of the things that keep me coming back every week. The entrance is unassuming but you will walk into a large spacious place that you would not expect in Fresh Meadows Queens.“
“We were very excited to come here based off of recommendations and knowing the connections to the other establishments (the attic, tavern157).My recommendations would be to order a bunch of the shared plates because it’s barely enough for two people. The sampler platter was a good introduction to the food ( the moneybag dumplings was my favorite of the night). On a Monday night it’s not busy, which surprised me when I had to order a side of rice (not warm) that didn’t come with the shared plates. The atmosphere is nice, it’s Instagram ready, the staff are people pleasing, street meter parking was available and it’s a quick walk down a flight of stairs to the restaurant.Bathroom is clean and the food is decent. Maybe the food sat in the window a little too long, I felt the food could’ve come out warmer.I would come back.“
“I had to redo my review and I did give it five stars at first and the food was good . However when I went back the food was so soggy and nasty I wonder if it was another cook there . My first time eating here was delicious and everything was outstanding . But my money went down the drain . I guess it depends on who “
“From the moment you step into Ginger and Lemongrass, a Vietnamese culinary haven in Whitestone, you're enveloped by the aromas of authentic, rich flavors that promise a delightful dining experience. I have frequented this restaurant multiple times, and each visit solidifies my love for their exquisite cuisine. The star of the menu is undoubtedly the pho. The soup base is deep, rich, and layered with flavors that make other versions seem bland in comparison. It's a comforting bowl that brings the essence of Vietnam right to your table. Equally impressive are the savory cakes, which are a unique delight with a subtle hint of coconut that tickles the palate in the most pleasant way. While I enjoy dishes with a stronger heat, the coconut spicy lemongrass soup was a well-balanced medium spicy, suitable for most taste buds. However, the real surprise was the steamed seafood paired with garlic bread – a combination that enhanced the flavors and added a satisfying texture contrast to the meal.Despite the restaurant's bustling atmosphere, especially noted during our last visit at 6:30 PM, the service remained commendable. Although there were minor hiccups, like two items missing from our order, the staff's efforts to rectify the situation were noteworthy. They promptly addressed the oversight with the kids' pho and graciously compensated with a complimentary coconut pandan lemonade, which was a refreshing end to our meal.Ginger and Lemongrass truly stands out not just for its authentic and flavorful dishes, but also for its dedication to customer satisfaction. The packed house is a testament to its popularity and the quality of its offerings. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Vietnamese dining experience in Whitestone. Their commitment to flavor, service, and a genuine dining experience is evident in every dish and interaction.“
“Truly an excellent dining experience with a beautifully curated menu and all of the delicacies you’d expect. They make the steamed egg right in front of you and it tastes AMAZING!!! The speakeasy aspect makes it perfect for a quiet, elevated meal in a cozy setting/atmosphere. Non-pretentious, quality dining.“
“The hospitality, the attention to detail and ability to order for personal taste was extraordinary. The food was better than I anticipated .The duck was crispy , NOT SALTY and the sauce on the side was fabulous .Definitely a repeat destination for me .Come enjoy authentic flavorful clean tasting food. You will want to return like I do .“
“I was recommended this place for my first time trying Thai food. I had the Vegetable Pad Thai, and it was amazing, truly expanded my taste palette and really set the bar for me. I tried a different Thai spot not long after (out of state lol) and it was not as good as this one. Thankful to my friend in GC for the recommendation!“
“Absolutely delicious Thai food. The eggplant with basil and massaman curry was amazing! Can't wait to eat here again. It's not the fanciest restaurant but the food is great! Only criticism is that the portions could be a bit bigger. I felt like they were on the smaller side.“
“This place is inside the Tangram Food court in Flushing. Hey have seatings inside their booth. It's the only authentic Thai place in flushing. Unfortunately all the other ones have left. The food was very authentic and spicy. We came here for dinner. Portions were good and we didn't finish all our food.Service was very good. They were always on point, filled our water whenever we needed it and checked on us without distracting us from our food.We sat inside their little seating area and it was nice and cozy.Definitely recommend trying this place. Authentic food, good prices and overall really nice experience.Recommend to try these:Crab fried rice - nice flavor, good amount of crab and decent portion.laab - a little bit spicy, but not too spicy... as it should be.seafood tom yum hotpot. Spicy and nice tom yum flavor“
“Soft shell crab : 4.5/5The vermicelli noodle a bit hard to chew but it’s not a big part of an orderChicken Pho : 4.5/5Pork bun : 3/5Here was the problem the vermicelli was main ingredient of dish. It’s hard to chew.Sugar cane shrimp : 4/5“
“Suprisingly excellent. Was in the neighborhood for a grand opening Mexican place but the line was a block long and was in blustery/ drizzly 26 degree miserable queue, decided to try this Thai place diagonally across. Well, we were very pleasantly surprised. The decor was beautiful and we were greeted warmly. We tried the drunken noodles, pad thai and all were delicious with the perfect amount of heat. Ive had alot of Thai noodles and these were a couple of stars beyond. Frank the owner was so friendly. Apparently his wife is the chef. I def wanna come back to try the other more adventurous dishes. Ordered noodles because they were safe and we came in on a whim.“
“This is the best place to get Thai food in Queens! If you ever come here most definitely give the drunken noodles a try. The mild and spicy kick gives you a good flavor and full taste, perfect. I would also recommend getting the pineapple fried rice, the best I've ever tasted in a long time. Also, the Thai iced tea is sweet and cold. Service is the best and the employees are welcoming and nice. I will most definitely be back for other options.“
“Ordered take out dinner combo with three rolls + miso soup and salad, and tried their pad see ew and curry puff. Everything was delicious and I appreciate the rice to fish ratio. Free delivery over $15. You can easily order online thru their website. Would def recommend Futigi, this is my new go to sushi spot!“
“Mr. Chan’s is my favorite in the area. Perfect for lunch. I worked in the area and this was my go to spot. Lunch specials around 10 bucks. They are very fast and the food is always tasty. They do delivery as well. Their pork fried rice with chicken wings is my favorite.“
“Lived in the area and passed by on many occasions seemed like a random mixed cuisine place that couldn't figure out that it wanted to be. Wanted ramen and Thai food and not happy with takeout in merrick/ east meadow / bellmore area so dropped in. What a pleasant surprise. Ramen was on point tasty and well prepared. Drunken noodles delicious and flavorful. Stand out was pineapple fried rice. Yum yum yum. All around a good addition to rotation“
“The staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous. The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes to choose from. The cozy decor, though tables are closely spaced, adds to the charm. The gong ringing for birthday celebrations is a delightful touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.“
“Order the takeout, drunken noodles and sweet ice tea. They wrapped up the food and drink very well. Even put tape over the straw opening. Inside restaurant area was so cute and clean, will be dining in the next time I visit. Loved everything.“
“This is my favorite go-to restaurant for lunch and dinner. The staff is always prompt and friendly and the food is always high quality and consistent. The restaurant is clean and pleasant. I only wish there are more restaurants like this one.“
“The sushi at this restaurant was really tasty! Each piece was fresh and flavorful, and they made it just right. The dessert was also delicious, with a sweet and satisfying taste that made a perfect ending to the meal. I would definitely recommend this place for yummy sushi and desserts! I really recommend people to come to this restaurant.“
“I used to dine in and do take outs at Hado for many years as it was across from where i lived. Everytime it was better than last time. Then we moved but recently got food delivery from them. Nothing changed a bit. Amazing Thai food. My personal favourite is the Thai Red Curry. I am glad they can deliver through Grubhub yayy?“
“The food was delicious but on a weeknight it is primarily take out. We were the only people at a table. The one waitress was lovely but busy running back and forth from the kitchen to take out customers and answering the phone and computer.“
“This place has become my go to when I buy lunch at work. I've had a few dishes so far and they are really good, pricing is fair and they are very fast. The people working are always very nice and polite.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie dishes and seems like they are willing to work around certain changes you might want to make“
