Great Food and Service. The bad Loud Country Western Music deflated the experience. We did ask the waitress to turn down the volume and they did, but the annoying joke was where is the Mechanical Bull in this upper quality dining experience?!? The next time we are in town I will call in advance and if the same loud country western music is the ambience, then we will look for other options to spend our money.
I didn't care for the crispy brussel sprouts. They were too charred for my liking. The club salad was good and the chicken in it was nicely seasoned. I sat at the chefs counter, which allowed me to which the preparation of orders. This alone was worth the price of my meal. The care taken on orders is evident, as is the number of ingredients in each dish. The poutine portion size was pretty small, literally one potato cut into 4 wedges, and it was pretty salty. The dry-aged steak was definitely the best but everything was pretty good.
