Happy Birthday to my mom! 2022 is my mom's lucky year of the tiger too!This Bake Culture's location shared the same space as TSAôCAA. After my afternoon errands, I came here today to buy a birthday cake for my mom.Last July, I tried the Fresh Fruit Cream Cake for a birthday occasion. Mmm, Bake Culture's cream cakes are so fluffy and lightly sweet. Unfortunately, they sold out of the Blueberry Cream Cake. Instead, I bought the Strawberry Cream Cake. My favorite bakery in the city. Highly recommend the walnut and raisin loaf bread (my kid will eat it with extra raisins at home) and the chocolate swirl bread. So soft and yummy at room temperature!The other classics are also great like the red bean bun and pineapple bread. I want to try the cakes next!
I was walking down Prince Street when I saw a bright Bake Culture sign at the window of a boba shop. I have only been to Bake Culture once (the other location is on Nothern Blvd, inside a supermarket). Bake Culture is a Taiwanese chain bakery and the locations in NY are owned by former Taiwanese heartthrob, Vaness Wu.
