So far the remodel has definitely helped the store. Way less shady people coming in, and it feels a lot safer too. Before it was almost constant drama here but every time I've been there afterwards it's been clean and orderly. Orders are made quickly and accurately here. Hopefully they are able to keep things going.
Had a minor issue with my order yesterday at this location, but the five stars is for their response and willingness to resolve it within less than 24 hours. The manager Sabina really cares about this location and went above and beyond to make my experience a good one.

The food is good but limited. Sometimes them don't have a wide selection of donuts. The service is great, though. My fiance and I always get iced coffee here, and they make it the way we like it; they now make it for us before we even ask. We always get the same thing. They are good. The atmosphere, for the most part, is decent. We see the regular substance abusers straggling in often, but we're never harassed, so, that's really good, thankfully. All in all, an OK spot.
