Love Kura sushi. Super excited to try this new Kura that opened up. This place is definitely much smaller than the other ones but the sushi is very fresh. They have the same layout with the check in at the front, robot to bring the drinks, and revolving sushi that wraps around all the tables. I went a few weeks ago and there was no wait basically and there were not many staff. Mostly the robot bringing out the drinks and check out can be done on the kiosk by the table. I have been to a couple different locations and was so happy when the Flushing location opened. Food was very fresh and Jimmy was very attentive. I recommend using the app to join the waitlist and earn points + rewards!

Came for an early lunch and there was no wait. We were seated right away and our waiter, Ernesto, explained how everything works. The conveyor belt was consistently replenished. Whatever wasn't readily available on the conveyor belt was easily ordered from the tablet and came rather quickly. There was a good variety of sushi options. The quality of the sushi is ok. Not the best sushi you can get in NYC but still fine. Overall, a fun experience!
